Is that the total limit for non-Kyc withdrawal/deposit? Or monthly withdrawal limits. Also, make sure there are no single transaction limits for non-KYC users. Most casinos ask KYC nowadays, so it's not new. Please make sure it's on your terms and conditions, though most gamblers don't read it. We don't want to see allegations like account bans due to multiple accounts. Because a lot of allegations I have seen so far raised for multiple accounts and ban it.

If you give "tips" to someone it's not a abuse in my opinion. So it's better to look at this guideline by Cryptopbet and maybe they can revised it.
Instead - to enable this feature, both users must pass KYC. This requirement is intended to prevent abuse - but I do not insist on this feature being there. All decisions are up to the owners - this is just a idea that I thought was interesting.

Maybe restriction always goes with unusual activities since if there's frequent transfer of huge funds in their casino then provably that this will be subject for investigation.
But if usual tipping happens like the transaction happen for one time or on rare occasions then provably that they won't restrict the user account since this is normal thing happened on a gambling site.
Although maybe there are other answer regarding on this situation so let see what will be the clarification of this question since for maybe there are interested parties want to know about this situation since its hard to get surprised then get restricted that's why its good to get a valid answer came from their representative.
