After my post made in this thread on September 27th showing that the BSpin.io casino had some accusations of scam, I see that you improved the review and made a very honest review, there are few review sites that are honest and sincere. I congratulate you for your honesty. In my opinion, if you list more other casinos on your website and do reviews like you have been doing, then your review site will soon be very popular and will be on the list of the most trustworthy. One thing I don't understand is why you haven't dedicated yourself to adding new casinos to your review site

See that this forum has many casinos that have appeared recently and that you could have added to your review site and written reviews about them as you have been doing. New casinos have a greater chance of giving more referrals than old, established casinos, and when a new casino becomes successful, then people put more money into playing there which would increase their referral earnings. Well, that's just my opinion. I believe you must have your own criteria for listing casinos on your website

Thanks for the lovely feedback! Smiley I updated the review based on your feedback earlier, you were right. That's what I aim to do in the future too, if I find something that I didn't mention in the first version of a review.

The only thing there aren't more reviews yet is time. I have a few other projects, too, and a full review takes 1-2 weeks to finish. But I am not in a hurry. I plan to first get to 10 reviews and then 20. It just may take months.

But thanks again for your feedback Slow death! It encourages me to keep building.
A good tip also on the new casinos, I will keep that in mind.

This is the first time I am seeing this thread and it was created since September. Op you are welcome to the forum. I really like the way you review the site with a comprehensive review and not like two or three lines casino review sites I have been seen. As others as said you can still visit other casinos to review them at least let not like 4 to 5 casinos reviewed in your side and don't only review the reputation casinos and also review the ones that are not doing well so that there will be compare and contrast by readers. Really you are good. You are welcome.

Thank you for the kind words, means a lot! Smiley
My plan is to also review casinos that have a knowingly bad reputation (like Bitcoincasino.us, for instance) just to warn people and to get a contrast like you said. Good tip, thanks!

What I like about also is he mentioned about what reputation the site has in this forum.
With gamblers who don't know this forum, the link provided on his site is a very good initiative to let them know about a very comprehensive thread about the site.
That alone will be very useful to a lot of gamblers, because the specific thread of the site in the forum has very comprehensive feedbacks, reviews and discussions about the site.
I hope the OP will continue to provide the bitcointalk link on his reviews and if there's none, just maybe mention that currently they have no thread in the forum.

Thanks you for your feedback! Smiley I will keep the links to Bitcointalk, because that is a really good trust meter which is hard to fake. Many people don't know this forum as casino threads don't rank on Google at all.
Good tip also, if a casino doesn't have a thread, I will mention it. Or maybe create one to get more feedback.

Hi all, I just finished my FortuneJack review on my site after 2 weeks of testing, gathering information, and writing the review. Take a look if you like.

Please let me know what you think Smiley Thanks!

Or here's the TLDR:

Review Summary
After extensive testing and researching FortuneJack’s online reputation, I rate them from average to good.

Overall, FortuneJack performs well. However, some things could be improved with its reputation, bonus terms, and withdrawal limits.

Key takeaways
FortuneJack, founded in 2014, has an excellent reputation in Bitcointalk. The casino offers a vast selection of provably fair games. In addition, the sportsbook selection is excellent and attracts many bettors, as seen on the Bitcointalk thread.

FortuneJack has received mixed reviews on Trustpilot and Reddit, affecting its reputation negatively.

The minimum withdrawal amount for all cryptocurrencies is $150, which is relatively high. Additionally, winnings from deposit bonuses are limited to 5x the initial bonus amount.

All things considered, FortuneJack is a well-functioning casino with a good reputation on Bitcointalk and a user-friendly interface. If you can tolerate the minor flaws mentioned in this review, it is an excellent choice.

Ok ok, now I understood Smiley Sceptical Chymist (or Physicist) name could fit me though!

Thanks for the nice words also! I'll keep your idea in mind.
I'm sorry, I can't tell you pretty much anything about the previous website due to agreements etc.

No, there is a user The Sceptical Chymist, his previous nickname was The Pharmacist. I just mentioned him because of his nicknames and I joked that he would come with a nickname CryptoPhysicist, it was just a joke.

I read your About Me page and I like the style of your writing, it's really good, written in a very friendly language. I think it will be really interesting if you also add crypto jobs listing on your website. Can you tell us which gambling review website did you own? How big was your traffic? How many figures were you making monthly via affiliate?

It's really a good idea and there is nothing wrong with that to hire a designer for one-time job. It looks like you have basic understanding of html and css. If you hire a designer and developer or 2 in 1 and create a beautiful, responsive review website, I think you will attract a lot of people. Just hire once and then you'll manage to take care of some small changes.

My aim in the long term is to create the most useful and trustworthy crypto casino review site out there. So I am not after quick short term affiliate rewards and I am not for sale for the crypto casino owners.
That's what people need, honest casino reviews where sympathy is on actual experience rather than on how to put things nicely. I read your first review and it's good but I think you can include some more details, for example, what makes this casino unique from others and so on.

Human beings has insatiable needs, and as such it's easier said than done, as I'm sure you are only saying all these simply because your website hasn't got the needed exposure in the gambling space (i.e much traffic and reviews), because generally, when an individual creates a blog/review website, they all always have one goal, which is to make money, either through Adsense or affiliate commission, but to some when been even an offer, don't mind to compromise a review. But if only you could be genuine, you have a high tendency of you having your casino standing out the most from others.

A good question! I am now living a happy life and I have all the things I would want. I am also almost debt-free. More money would buy me a better car or something, but I really don't need anything now. So I think I can resist the temptation if somebody offers me money to compromise a review.

I will test, analyze and review all the casinos myself. Everything you see on my site is created and written by me. I don’t even use any designers (which you can probably tell), coders, content writers or translators – it is just me.

Hi, and welcome to Bitcointalk! It's nice to see someone who is committed to writing fair reviews of casinos, since many others give in to partner offers. Even though I don't know much about bspin.io, reviews must be honest. Giving back to the community is important if you really stay away from unfair practises. Could you explain how your review works? Are you part of a team or do you work alone? It's important to say what affiliations you have, since many sites start out with good goals but give up when they get lucrative offers. How can we be sure that you won't give in when a casino makes you an offer that sounds good? Telling people the truth about your goals and methods can help build trust
Thanks! I work 100% alone. I have created everything on the site, design, coding, content, writing, testing the casinos = everything.

I live a happy live now and I have all the things I need. I am also almost debt free. So I think I can resist any lucrative offers and not compromise the reviews. I just need some money to cover my monthy costs, so that's why my site has affiliate links.

Also, by staying trustworthy I think I can win more in the long term, so trustworthiness is kind of a win-win for both me and the community. This transparent and legit road is very long, but I think it's the best choice now.

I had a look at the review you did and i like the overall style of it. You were Pretty thorough in your approach. I also like the quick guide that allows me to glance over it fast.
I do feel however that the main page needs some more work - this could be my personal preference.
I would prefer if the Review section was more clearly noticable, maybe a completely new homepage. Right now it feels like i land on the "About Us" page.

Thank you for your feedback and kind words!
Totally agree on the homepage, I have to figure out could it be the /reviews/ page or something else Smiley
Also the reviews-page is very much under construction, it needs a tons of work too.

... Do you just use this bspin.io casino and how long do you use it?

After I saw this bspin.io casino on your website, I researched them and saw that they have many complaints and accusations of scams, for example:

https://www.trustpilot.com/review/bspin.io

However, the few complaints received have not been addressed by the casino in a timely manner. Trustpilot reports that the company has not responded to complaints in the last 12 months.

...

That's another red flag

Thank you for your input, really appreciate it! I take a second look on the Bspin.io reputation points you mentioned and I will update the review soon. I will let you know here.

This is exacly why I am here and I'd love to add your input to my reviews so people can find more trustworthy content.

This part got me. One thing that makes me not trust most review sites is their settings. They are designed in such a way that they allow casino owners or any company that wants their review to be highly rated to be on the top list.

Like you said above, they offer a sum that will be hard to resist to the review site owners, and sometimes, if it's a place that allows individuals to drop their betting experience about the casino, they hire unexperienced gamblers and experienced ones to go and drop positive reviews about them on a particular review site in order for them to come among the top, which will help them achieve their goal.

But if you know you will be determined enough not to take money from them and make sure that the data used in rating each casino is accessible to all for transparency purposes, then I believe you will bring a lot of positive change to the way casinos are being reviewed online, and a lot of people will trust your review and feedback judgement.

Wise thoughts, thanks!
Trust me, this happens a lot in the whole review site industry (casino and non-casino). It happens a lot also in crypto casino review sites, as I have been involved in the business since 2015 and I have a lot of inside sources and friends in the field.

When I get around 5-10 reviews done I have to think about some transparent rating system that is easily understandable. The problem is that there are so different casinos out there (from huge crypto casinos with games from game providers to a single provably fair dice site), so I have a lot of things to consider.

It's like reviewing shoes for example. Someone needs running shoes, someone needs boots to pick up berries from forest, someone need shoes to go to work. So maybe I have to create few categories for rating casino sites or something...

All help is appreciated! What kind of a rating system would you guys like to see?

Hmm, welcome.

Though I must admit, this thread looks a little bit off to me.
Not as an advertisement to the actual review site but for the mentioned casino?

Why else bring up a no name casino that nobody here ever heard of? And why mention it at all for no other reason than brining people to the site?
Doesn't make sense to me so I would handle this whole thing with care.

But of course that's just my simple opinion.

I'm sorry if you got that feeling. Bspin.io just happened to be the first site I reviewed, and I have no other affiliation to the site than I get affiliate commission if somebody clicks the links on my page (all affiliate links are clearly marked with *)

My review site has just started and it will include a lot more reviews on other sites too. The reviews take a lot time to make (3-5 days for me as English is not my native language), so please be patient  Smiley

Welcome on board the forum. I think you will do better if you can warn gamblers before hand on new casinos that are not trusted to avoid exit scam because we already know those once that are old with us here and delivery. So they may not really be the focus, my advise is the those incoming casinos. Moreover you are not the only one with such service here so it will give a good ground to know an honest reviewing site.

Thank you!
Agree 100% with you on exit scams. My plan is to recommend more the older more established casinos (that have good reputation here also). If I some day add newly founded casinos, I will add warnings to their reviews about nonexistent history and online reputation. Good tip, thank you!

There are already fully established casino reviewers in the gambling community, and the competition is very stiff, you should give something unique that all other casino reviewers lack or missing but since you claim to have extensive experience based on your years of reviewing casinos I hope you get yourself a copper account and design your announcement to make it competitive.

Welcome to the forum and the community will wait for your casino reviews and see if it's worth reading.

Thank you!

First of all, I will like to welcome you to the bitcointalk forum, and I can notice you just got registered today, which means you are likely not to be fully familiar on how the forum works, and places to fine reputable casinos and mixers review, but I will like to suggest that instead of reviewing old casinos, it will be far more better if you review new ones, as people will be eager to know how it works, and as such I will advise you to keep an eye on the
Service Announcement, as that's where all new casinos on the forum come to make announcement about their new project, and if you lucky to be the first to write a review, you are likely to drive all the online traffic of people who will be searching to know more about that very particular casino.

Secondly, it will be advisable if you can also review Mixers too, as they also happen to be trending now in the crypto industry

Thanks for the tips! I have been on Bitcointalk since 2015, but my old user account was part of my old review site sale, so that's gone from my control. That's why I have a new account now.

It says "Sorry, you have been blocked" when i click the site. I have no idea why.
But even without checking it, the fact you need to assure us that you will be reviewing honestly reveals what the problem is.
And that is the fact that no one will know if you review honestly because there's many reason why you shouldn't. And those come in forms of payments from casinos that want to boost their

Thing is, won't be transparency on your reviews because there can't be any transparency. Only thing you could do is automate your reviews for all the features and compare withdrawal times etc. But even that speaks only from your experience if you don't encounter any bugs or bad helpdesk.

Also are you Finnish by any change or is the site Finnish?? (because of your name)

Moro, I'm Finnish! Good points and you are right. My site is founded in August 2023 and no one knows me, so I have to assure I am trustworthy. But now that is just words, the real trustworthiness comes after time. If I win the trust of readers or not, that's up to the community to decide.

Running a casino review site can be considered almost full time job, so that's why my site has affiliate links. There are many examples of trustworthy review sites (I like Wirecutter for example), so I think it's possible to combine trustworthiness with some kinds of affiliate income. Also, I think that running a site in a transparent way is also a way to win in the long term, so it's a win-win scenario for me and the community. At least that is my plan.

That's also a good thing for me to consider. If I have good experiences, it just speaks for myself. That's why I do extensive reputation search on Bitcointalk, Reddit etc.

The reason the site was blocked to you is that it's blocked from Finland. You may know the reason Smiley I want to be 100% sure I don't run into legal problems with the gaming monopoly in Finland, so that's why the block is in place.

Hey, congratulations on your re-establishment in casino review space, I wish you great success because these reviews will definitely help players to assess and see legitimate casinos and hopefully lessen the chances of scam casinos and generally scummy casinos from getting players. Regarding to trusted though, that's going to take time for some people to really believe but hopefully you definitely become one in the future.

I prefer to review your review site.

When it comes to review sites and giving reviews, reputation is everything you did the right thing by introducing yourself by giving a lot of yourself you established trust and transparency I instantly became your fan because of how you present yourself and being honest on what you can do.

I'd like to commend you for picking the right script which is WordPress, it's a customized theme I wonder if you plan to shift to a magazine review theme, but I'm sure you can fully customize your theme to make it a stand-out review site.

It's better to include a newsletter campaign so your followers can subscribe.

I appreciate a lot direct feedback, thanks Smiley
My plan is to be transparent now and in the future. It's the only way to stand out.

My site runs on Wordpress, right. The background structure/theme is Generatepress (the best IMO) and the style theme is my custom modification from several ready themes from Site Library. My big plan is to be first informative and clear, and the styling things come later. That's why my site looks a little simple. But I like it.

Good tip on the newsletter, I will add it to my site at some point when I have the time.

Well, first, I did say welcome to bitcointalk,
But just like you have said or talked about some crypto review site promoting casinos that shouldnt be promoted all for the money(affiliate commission), and you saying that you are completely independent from such practices, even if I personally would agree with you, you will also have to agree with me that some of this review sites that's have compromised their reputation for affiliate commission, also started their review journey with this same line of thoughts and plans, but along the way, I believe they were presented with an offer they possibly can't refuse, so they had to accept.

So for now, what exactly or how rather, should or can we completely agree with you that you also won't compromise if in the future, one of this casinos approach you and offered you a life changing sum of money to write untrue testimonies about them, what exactly is the guarantee that you won't accept the money and compromise?.

A good question! I am now living a happy life and I have all the things I would want. I am also almost debt-free. More money would buy me a better car or something, but I really don't need anything now. So I think I can resist the temptation if somebody offers me money to compromise a review.

Also, if I compromised my reviews at some point, I think people will spot that easily. So with compromised reviews my site actually cannot succeed in the long term. The only way to be the best and most trusted casino review site is to be trusted and transparent, now and in the future. I have analyzed tons of review sites (cryptos and non-crypto) and trustworthiness actually means success these days. Google is so good in spotting helpful content with AI (and gets better all the time) so compromised sites can't rank on Google (there are few exceptions, but that's an another story).

Right now I haven't worked full time for few years, but this CryptoPhysicist project seems so interesting I am developing it almost every day. However, I am not so rich I would't need some money to cover monthly living costs, so that's why my site has affiliate links. But they are totally optional for readers, one can go to casino sites not using them.

But I agree 100% on your point on review sites turning false, when the right amount of money is offered on commissions. Trust me it happens a lot in casino and crypto casino affiliate business, I know it from my inside sources  Smiley

It is nice to see you here. I will commend you for putting up this task OP making reviews on casino sites for members here to see for themselves and decide on the best option that suits them fine. Of a truth most reviews are fabricated and fake just to get traffic to their website and funny enough these review sites benefit from the affiliation because if anyone registers through their link they have a percentage discount for them so that sometimes makes them do otherwise not minding the repercussions for such act.

Nevertheless, the casino you have mentioned looks strange to me. Although it is my first time of hearing of such casino here because I am very sure their presence is not recognised here and as such looks new to members here. If you feel they are good and you have had enteraction with them and as you have said to have reviewed their casino, then you can advise them to identify here so we can know who they really are because we would really need to do our own checks as well.
If I may ask you, what mechanism do you use for reviewing a casino and do you work with team to do the review or you do it yourself? I will also want you to come up plane telling us your affiliation with the reviewed sites because it is certain that you will have bonus for anyone who registers through your website.

Thanks! Bspin.io was selected for the first casino, since I reviewed it on my old review site back in 2019 for the first time and I had good feelings about it back then. I thought I take a new look. I also mention in my review that the online reputation is almost nonexistent (Reddit, Bitcointalk, everywhere), so you are 100% right on your point.

I will open up my mechanism more on my general review page, when I have the time to write it. But shortly: I will register on the site with an anonymous account that can't be traced to my affiliate site. I test, deposit, play, withdraw. Then I write about my experiences. I also search online for possible hints on good/bad reputation on Reddit, Trustpilot, Bitcointalk and other trusted sources that I don't know yet (please hint if you know some!).

I am also 100% transparent on my site that all links marked with * are affiliate links. They are totally optional for users to click. I need money to cover my living costs as running the site has a ton of work in the end. Nobody wants to work for free, so that's why I have affiliate links. I talk to casino affiliate managers on email about commissions, their logos etc. things, but I will never accept requests to make the reviews better or biased. I create the reviews and casinos just have to accept what I write Smiley

You have some archives of those casinos that you've reviewed? Well, welcome back I guess and would love to recommend your site in the future if I found your site is really be of great help. You have competition here if you're talking about review sites but the more the better and the right time to start is, to start that reviews of yours. Good luck!

I don't have control anymore on my old reviews as the site was sold. A lot of time has passed so I think it's time to create new reviews anyhow.
But thanks a lot for the kind words Smiley

Based on your about me, you are someone who can give a good review, the community needs a lot of review sites for comparison I just hope that you will call spade a spade and be transparent and fair on all your reviews not because you are getting earnings from being an affiliate of casinos, that's one of the temptation of some reviewers they prefer earnings to transparency so if you can pass this criteria you will have many followers and your review site will be trusted.

Thanks for the kind words also! I try to keep transparent and trustworthy on my reviews, even though I (may) earn affiliate commission (some day).

Wow, so many answers here! Cheesy I didn't expect to get any, so that's why I am a bit late on the answers.

...I would suggest that you add more reviews to your site, we have a thread here with lists of casinos here in the forum so you could go through the list and select some that you can try I just tire and give your honest opinion about them since you gave us your words that you won’t be bought off, I’ll try to search for the thread and add it to my post to make it more easier for you.
[table Withdrawal Fees and Withdrawal Amounts on Crypto Casinos

Thanks! That's a great list on withdrawal fees you linked, helps me a lot on the reviews.

There are many gambling sites on this forum, you can see them on gambling board. Most are trustworthy and we are satisfied with how they are operating. That is why some of us may not know about Bspin.io, the gambling site is not having announcement or official thread nor having an official account on this forum.

The work is made easy for you on this forum, you will see lists of gambling sites that we mostly use on gambling board and you can see many of them on the link Cantsay included in his post.

Thanks, I will definitely follow Bitcointalk for casino experiences and add them to my reviews.

Welcome to the Bitcointalk forum! Hopefully you will enjoy your stay with us and become an important part of the gambling community! Maybe even part of the entire community Cheesy

Although I understand you wish to market your website as one of a kind, and as much respect I have for teachers and physicists, it seems strange to add physics to your casino reviewing website brand. How does being a physicist fit into the whole theme? I myself have a physics background as well as a marketing background. You might want to work on your image a bit, since it seems to be all over the place. Concentrate on one thing at a time and prod around to see what people respond to, the most. And not just any people. You need to concentrate on getting the right audience. Posting here was a good first step.

Thank you for your feedback, appreciate it! About my image on the site, I pondered for months for the right name and domain for my new site. But this is what I go with, it just feels right Cheesy Maybe I'll write a blog post about the whole process and the 100-200 domain names that I didn't pick Smiley

This you mentioned is a great advantage that people in the bitcointalk forum has. We do not bother ourselves with external review sites because bitcointalk has ways of doing its own review naturally. The two known ways are;
  • Through the casinos Ann thread
Here discussion goes on and of you follow such discussions keenly you will understand if the casino is genuine or not.
  • Through the forum trust system
If a casino is cheating or scamming it will not take much for members of BTT especially the DT to leave tag and flag on the profile.

This is exacly why I am here. Scammy casinos can't survive the trust system/reviews of Bitcointalk and they can be spotted easily. My plan is to build a "bridge" between review sites and the reviews in Bitcointalk. Many people who Google crypto casino reviews can't find these Bitcointalk threads as Google rarely lists them on search results. So I try to add a lot of Bitcointalk reputation to my reviews, so people can make a better choice.

But the work just started and I have a long way to go Smiley

I don’t think it’s safe to generalize this statement of yours, yes the forum has been useful in providing us with information about casinos but that does not mean that every forum member here does not seek out information about casinos from external sources, aside that we still have review sites of forum members that are doing explicitly well and this could be a part of them depending on how the Op builds this site.

So I don’t see any issues with this site, as long we’ll get legit reviews and not paid reviews that will make users fall for a scam casino then I’m okay with it.

That's my plan to be 100% legit now and in the future. Money will never affect my review content. I still have affiliate links to get some income to cover my living costs, but I don't really need more money now than that. So I plan to keep it legit, it's the only way to stand out in the sea of biased review sites.

Congratulations on the review site and for the idea of listing casinos that you use, I commented on this in another thread about how it would be very important for each casino to play on the site they review because with that they would see if it really is the casino they are talking about. well it is working well or not. but it is strange that on your website there is only one casino and a strange casino, whereas in this forum there are good and very old casinos that you would be supposed to know about and use and review about them on your website. That's why I ask you:

Do you just use this bspin.io casino and how long do you use it?

After I saw this bspin.io casino on your website, I researched them and saw that they have many complaints and accusations of scams, for example:

https://www.trustpilot.com/review/bspin.io

Since 2020, this casino has had complaints and accusations of scam, we just need to see that this 2020 scam accusation has not been answered, and when you read all the other accusations and dates you will see that you are facing accusations from many different people. as some people have said that trustpilot is not very reliable and see that strangely there is this website:

https://cryptomaniaks.com/bspin-review

Bspin gets mostly positive reviews on sites like AskGamblers, Casino.Guru, and Trustpilot, where it ranks from good to great. The few complaints I found were mostly people crying “Scam!” with no real explanation. There are a few complaints about customer service being slow; others say they have great customer service.

However, the few complaints received have not been addressed by the casino in a timely manner. Trustpilot reports that the company has not responded to complaints in the last 12 months.

Bspin representatives have been active on gambling forums, but I was unable to find any recent activity there either. That being said, there really are no legitimate complaints. The majority of users are very happy with Bspin.

is lying and presenting this casino as if it were honest and the complaints were not true, I say this because trustpiloto has very old complaints and the complaints have not stopped and when we look at another respectable review site like casino.guro we see more complaints:

https://casino.guru/bspin-io-casino-review#tab=js-tab-reviews

In addition to having many scam accusations against them, I also saw this:

That's another red flag

Hello, it's Jaakko from CryptoPhysicist here. I have been reviewing crypto casinos since 2015 with my old review site until in 2020 I decided to sell the site away. I have been away from crypto casinos until now when I founded my new site in August 2023.

https://cryptophysicist.com/

The site is still fairly new, so only one review has been published so far, Bspin.io: https://cryptophysicist.com/reviews/bspin-io/
Please give feedback of the review to me here or to my mail: [email protected]

I would be happy to read your experiences about Bspin.io also here. I would like to add them to my review also if you have any experiences, good or bad. To keep the user reviews trustworthy, I will probably weigh experienced Bitcointalk accounts more and first add them to the review.

Why I am back and how CryptoPhysicist is different from all other review sites?

The internet is full of review websites and crypto casinos are no exception. The biggest problem in many review sites is trustworthiness. Almost always, the reviews sites earn affiliate income and it is hard to know if the reviews are independent and unbiased.

The temptation to recommend an inferior casino can be too big to resist, especially if the casino is offering you a great affiliate deal in return (trust me, I know this happens a lot).

However, my mission on CryptoPhysicist is to stay 100% independent. I will only recommend crypto casinos where I would play myself or would recommend to my friends.

I will test, analyze and review all the casinos myself. Everything you see on my site is created and written by me. I don’t even use any designers (which you can probably tell), coders, content writers or translators – it is just me.

If I would recommend inferior casinos or write things that are not true, you probably would be disappointed at some point and never come back to my site. So there is no intention for me to recommend casinos I wouldn’t play in myself.

My aim in the long term is to create the most useful and trustworthy crypto casino review site out there. So I am not after quick short term affiliate rewards and I am not for sale for the crypto casino owners.

To read more about me and the idea behind the site:

I had a look at the review you did and i like the overall style of it. You were Pretty thorough in your approach. I also like the quick guide that allows me to glance over it fast.
I do feel however that the main page needs some more work - this could be my personal preference.
I would prefer if the Review section was more clearly noticable, maybe a completely new homepage. Right now it feels like i land on the "About Us" page.
