It does sound really larming, that's for sure. There should always be a system in place before you launch a gambling site where people are using hard money.. The fact that some players may lose money due to flaws in your product may ruin it all for you without any chance to recover.

besides,if you introduce the max win limit now,the guy who has lost 10 btc could be pissed as hell

Yeah I agree to these testaments as I've experienced the same issue with the dice game. About the lottery I believe it'll increase in time as we get more and more players over to the site. Hello , the hacker was not able to withdraw due to our security system , if the server ( our script ) detects unusual behaviour on the website it stops the witdrawals for suspected accounts until I decide if the accounts are clean or made as a spam in that case every account was made at a difference of one second each and was played with the same strategy ( payout 3 and multiply 2 ) nowadays almost all websites run with AJAX , and you can build easy a software that can make accounts , bet , get faucet and others , before building this website I was a gambler too , lost around 5 BTC (in october and november) on freebitco.in and luckygames.io , I was building autobet scripts to try different strategies , but never try to hack the websites , I will also post that script (which have a lot of features) for free but for my website , anyway , gambling if cool , but you have to know when to stop , I agree with any script and strategy but not with trying to abuse the faucet and other features .

22k accounts, this guy must have no other works in his real life. I guess he took so many hours per day to manage that accounts, he thought that he could be a rich man in a short time by abusing a new gambling site through the faucet. But good to hear admin could handle it and I hope the site did not lost anything from this abuser.
I think you should not do giveaway, but you need a regular contest/competition which requires users to play. This will help a little bit to avoid such kind of giveaway abusers. If you are going to give free money just by posting username, then I suggest you to reconsider about it.
