Added the long-awaited option for bots - Dynamic step of the price of a safety order

How it works?

You set the CO step at 1% expecting that each subsequent trailing order will be placed with a deviation in price of 1% from the previous one.

Now you can set the factor for step CO from 1.05 to 2.00. This means that each subsequent safety order will be additionally multiplied by a given multiplier.

For example, you specify a factor of 1.2, now the CO step will look like this.

1 SO - 1%
2 SO - 1.2%
3 SO - 1.44%
4 SO - 1.75%

Visually on the chart it will be seen that the interval between safety orders increases with each subsequent safety order.
