These are all old topics that are over a year old. Even if Russia ever releases its fully centralized cryptocurrency, it will be for the sole purpose of circumventing international sanctions. Citizens, even this coin is unlikely to be free to use. And no sense in this will not be.
If Russia wants to release its cryptocurrency by the middle of 2019, let them release it. Then we'll see and talk. And now it is too early to discuss what is not and may not be.

What do you think of joining a team and assaulting the direction of CRUR? I can help this too and I can get her listing on the Pool:

Russia launches its CryptoRuble mostly for people who avoid to pay taxes:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4989410/Russia-launches-cyber-currency-CryptoRuble.html

Since anyone can buy and sell CryptoRuble (not only Russians) it means that investment capital will be legal for everyone in Russia.
I think it is a very smart move for the russian market. After all, Ethereum and WAVES are both platforms designed by and built for Russia. Any thoughts?

It will be good news for Russia people. I think this will not much affecting to cryptomarket in a whole but i think its good for russia people because they can use cryptocurrency for their transaction

Russia launches its CryptoRuble mostly for people who avoid to pay taxes:
just another centralized coin. and like the rest of them, it will do nothing.
maybe these coins indirectly introduce cryptocurrencies to average Joes so that bitcoin can grow even more as the only decentralized and proper cryptocurrency

After all, Ethereum and WAVES are both platforms designed by and built for Russia. Any thoughts?

just the fact that developers of these platforms have a Russian nationality doesn't really mean they were "built for Russia"!

This is cool news.
I will buy thus coin!
I don't think that will be centralized coin.
CryptoRuble Smiley How much will be cost it?

I think it will be a big project if it is officially supported by the government of Russia. There are a lot of good specialists and a lot of money.

Cryptopia is delisting this coin and by June 7th will be removed.  Is there another trading platform where I can withdraw my coins and deposit onto another exchange?

Any news on CryptoRuble? There were many in October, but nothing recently.
That's why it's even more strange that there is cryptocurrency CryptoRuble (CRUR) trading on Cryptopia. I think this is not The CryptoRuble Russian government and Putin were taking about.
The price of CRUR fell massively, from few thousand Satoshi two weeks ago to 50 Sats one week ago. And today it's trading for 3 Sats! How is this possible??

I think this is fake CryptoRuble, someone just took the name and created fake token. Look at the facts on Cryptopia: https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo/?coin=CRUR&view=rating
- no mining, all premined
- algorithm: POS
- total coins: 5 000 950 000
- no website
- no block explorer
- fake Github page: https://github.com/Cryptoruble
- fake lunch forum page which is actually a faucet thread: https://bitcoingarden.org/forum/index.php?topic=21735.0
- only 1 node which is located in Kentucky, USA (?? isn't this supposed to be Russian crypto)

I've noticed that all of the above is true, I don't think this is a trustworthy project.

I'm not sure if I would like to invest in something that is Centralized and in Russia, especially if  sources say that creation of other virtual currency will be prohibited in Russia. Crypto is a risk in itself, and this only makes it riskier, so personally I would not be interested in this right now.
