I don't know whether this is some kind of fraud or not but it seems that before playing you already know what the minimum withdrawal amount is before making a deposit and playing. It looks like you have a deposit bonus that has wagering requirements, you need to check it again on your account.
But if you don't follow the promotion of the site at all, people should avoid this site, I think also withdrawing in large amounts like that doesn't make sense for gambling sites.

I'm not really sure if this kind of bonus is still effective to attract players or not but imho deposit bonus is not worth to try because most of the time you will just lose your deposit + bonus before you complete the wagering requirement.
