This is pretty clearly a ponzi. This also smells a lot like the serial scammer James Volpe aka TheGambler aka moreia
Yep it is, i dont think theres anyone that doesnt know that. Also this campaigns of ponzies try to pay way more than its normal like cloudponzi one or the cryptomm or something like that, all of them pay insane rates just to make their scam faster.

This seems so shady to be honest. Use an escrow. You can still can a lot of free exposure in the space of 24 hours.

Its clearly a ponzi site which is trying to advertise. From my experience ponzis usually don't last for more than a week , which would probably be true for this as well. I am sure all those who would trust the owner for a week without an escrow, will not get paid.
