To be honest it was the Doge that made me join Bitcoin forum.
I could not believe this is really happening and have conflicted feelings of joy clashing with disbelief. Dogecoin actually worth something?!
With a relatively easy way to be eventually traded into dogfood and frisbies!
That is awesome.
I got my doge his own account.
Now my cat is just feeling a little left out. Apparently sexcoin doesn't cut it as a substitute for her.

It went kind of crazy when the price was like 0.1 btc/doge... I wonder how many deposited to cryptsy as they had 4hours of waiting time...

Don't lie about prices like that. Who in their right mind would pay $100 per doge? I mean people donate thousands of them for nothing. That has to be the dumbest story I ever heard.

If you have proof though I will ROFL out loud because that's hilarious if someone actually did that dumb as nails deal.

people pump the price intentionally

remember this?

I think you owe CoinGeneral an apology Cheesy

And that was an intentional manipulation enabled by a flaw in coinedup.com exchange Cheesy

Seems like Cruptsy had grossly inflated first offers, whether it was to test their trading or just to bait interest.

Also listed in coins-e.com !

Around 100 altcoins not bringing nothing new to the table are only for speculation and therefore making crypto currency less serious. Only BTC, maybe LTC and speculative maybe NMC will survive in the long term. Or none.

I'm glad, maybe this means we will see a rise in the value of DOGE. I have already gathered a few myself and deposited a few on Cryptsy, obviously it wont be as profitable as BTC or LTC, but with all the internet hype and being backed by certain sites on the web, like Reddit, DOGE can go far.

wow, much coin

I love dogecoin. I laughed for several minutes after first seeing it. I am relatively new to bitcoin and crypto currencies as a whole. I do not see any real value to dogecoin, but is is funny and I have no significant mining hardware so I'm putting my old eeepc onto dogecoin instead of bitcoin (buying BTC atm).  It'd be great if I could give away a few as Christmas presents.

Make dig!
