2. when discussed about AML and KYC he said in chat that thanks to AML procedure, during members checking, he found few names from OFAC list on Cryptsy and freezed their accounts.Day after,I told that in chat to JShock and he was quite suprised.Later Horus tried to deny, that he said something about AML and others blow out story out of proportions, but that was not the case. There are other witnesses of that too and will be good if someone has copy of chat talks.

@thunderjet did some digging found a few things. really search around on pastebin and maybe some other sites for more. only downside to the chat logs with cryptsy is no timestamps but looks like it was in November

I heard mention a while back that DCGirl and Pauls chinese mistress might be the same person xua or whatever her name was. DCGirl did programming on cryptsy towards the end and of all the people in the trollbox at the time she's one of the few that disappeared when vern did.

Anyone have any info on this or any links/ties?

What are the chances of DC Girl being Paul Vernon's paramour? Horus claimed she was coding BiteBi9.com for the Chinese market.

https://twitter.com/thedcgirl

DCGirl quit tweeting around the time that the divorce papers were filed.

I saw her in the Cryptsy chat in November and then she said that she and some others are coding a lot.I thought it was for Cryptsy main site, but after making new CSS style for Cryptsy, there was no new features on Cryptsy,so it can be for Bitebi9. When I saw it first time,Bitebi9 was exact clone of Cryptsy, with some very little changes in style.A month after it discovered ,look started to change.Looking for a new infos on chinese sites I found a job ad for Bitebi9 web developper,so last changes on Bitebi9 look could be not from her,but from Chinese Vernon hired.

One thing I remembered clearly - all Cryptsy personel stated in chat many, many times that they have coins on Cryptsy too and they are safe

I regret I did not make screenshots of chat, but mine memory is very good and I remembered very clearly, that Horus said 2 things:

1. that Bitebi9 is Paul site
,it is a longterm project, that Chinese will be hired only for support, but all servers and other hardware will be in US,

2. when discussed about AML and KYC he said in chat that thanks to AML procedure, during members checking, he found few names from OFAC list on Cryptsy and freezed their accounts.Day after,I told that in chat to JShock and he was quite suprised.Later Horus tried to deny, that he said something about AML and others blow out story out of proportions, but that was not the case. There are other witnesses of that too and will be good if someone has copy of chat talks.

At the 46:26 mark here - https://blab.im/evangelos-taxiarchis-bitcoin-general-discussion - John MacPherson aka Horus explains that he moved people around and that DC Girl was coding the China site, namely BiteBi9.com.

TJ, maybe in here - http://pastebin.com/x2f5R3ay - relates to your bullet #2.

https://blab.im/evangelos-taxiarchis-bitcoin-general-discussion

At the 52:30 mark, John MacPherson aka Horus said that 250 Cryptsy credit cards were sold, but he stated no less than twice that 300 cards were being printed circa the time this video took place.

Recovery Bounty Contract
An individual who claims to be able to recover the stolen BTC turned out to be just another troll.   Sorry about that.

Good information thanks. They are not saying they will try and reopen trading
plus Vern Stated that the bounty guy was a troll more than two weeks ago. I missed that.

I think they have just officially admited they were trolled. (Their alibi....). They updated their previous entry whose creation date was March 13th.

That's impressive. they knew they were trolled on the 13th even though on the 15th jim was posting here asking the guy to email cryptsy and that he was starting to think it was a troll on the 17th.

Editing that post to leave that date there instead of making a new post to show how dumb they are is just the type of scummy behavior we've all come expect, I hope.

The following is the original post prior to Paul Fuzznuts editing it:

Hope everyone's Wednesday is rocking!

I've been working with Dave Carlson and Mega Big Power for a few months
now. He suggested we get a group of guys together and go race exotic
cars out the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. If we do it on Wednesday it could
be a perfect break in between shows and a whole lot of fun. We can race
Ferrari's, Lambo's, they've even got a McLaren.

Dave's been gracious enough to cover a 5-lap session with one of the
"uber" cars for each of us. We'll also get limo'ed out to the track and
back, so should be a good time.

I need to get head-count and car details to schedule everything with
Exotic.

1. Are you in?
2. Does noon on Wednesday seem like good timing for everyone? Earlier?
Later?
3. Which car do you want for the 5-lap session? Those 5-laps go fast
(5-minutes or so) but everyone's free to do more sessions or switch
up cars to see if it will help them beat my time. I plan on doing a
few sessions myself.

Hoping you guys can all make it and thanks to Dave for putting this all
together. Let me know if you can make it and which car you want asap.

Best,
Abram

Hey Hey,

Working on the lock quote as we speak. Yes same wiring
instructions. Ideally, since the price changes I would advise
sending, 302,250; this would get us between 735-760 BTC
dependant when the wire is executed, and makes room for an 8
percent price variance.

Good information thanks. They are not saying they will try and reopen trading
plus Vern Stated that the bounty guy was a troll more than two weeks ago. I missed that.

I think they have just officially admited they were trolled. (Their alibi....). They updated their previous entry whose creation date was March 13th.

Marshall Long has been a Harlem Globetrotter since 2009. His wife once told him that he needed to get them 50 basketballs out of the living room. Marshall said, "It took me forever to finally convince her that Leo Chewbacca was a business partner and not a fellow Globetrotter." Mr. Long envisions his Cleveland drone company to create drones that play aerial basketball.

can anyone tell me if this bigvern fellow is still in the united states, and can't leave the country? the last news i know is his house is for sale and the site is down, and no new notifications, so are these guys gone forever or is the case against them in full progress?

i still have 24 btc overthere

thanks for anyone who can help me

24 btc "overthere" eh?  well i guess you helped fund Verns retainer. his lawyers accept btc no doubt...

What Lawyers?

ORDER by Clerk of Entry of Default Re:22 Motion for Clerks Entry of Default as to Project Investors, Inc. (Default mailed to Project Investors, Inc.). Signed by DEPUTY CLERK on 3/24/2016. (ar2)

Ah, a "no-show". I suppose that was expected. So where are we now? Does this mean they (Paul & Co.) have additional time to respond to the default? Any time frame specified?  ...or did the court go ahead and appoint the receiver?

That's in the next Episode....

What happens after the court appoints a receiver?  Do they sell off the assets of cryptsy?  What about the assets of project investors?

What assets are you talking about ? you mean the remaining coins that they are holding hostage ?

Assets such as company vehicles, computers, desks, chairs, or whatever the company owns that can be sold off.  They also may have a bank account that could be seized because they were still paying a few employees according to Jim Shockney.

Cryptsy may not own any land or buildings, but since Paul Vernon and Project Investors are named in the lawsuit, anything property they own may be subject to seizure as well.  I'm just guessing on that though.

I have no doubt that he removed all valuable assets from his companies. They are now just empty shells. He gave all his personal properties to his wife(both houses,SUV,money on US bank accounts,...) so he has no money or properties at all. Now,he has a lot of Bitcoins and some money on Chinese bank accounts.Maybe he left some small amounts of altcoins on Cryptsy accounts, but that is not enough to cover lawyers expenses for people who sued him.If there is no official criminal investigation about him,he will stay free and rich, except there were money from some dangerous criminal gangs on Cryptsy.

It is good that Silver Law expanded lawsuit on his wife, but they have to concentrate on his finances and prove that his income was too low for buying such luxury items for cash.

Unfortunately not in Florida. Florida (and a couple other states I think) will not allow your primary residence to be seized for almost any reason (at least that's what I've heard from attorney friends over the years).
