Highlighted are coins going into cold storage owned by the FTC, ceasing BFL from using BitPay as an exchange oppose to only as a third-party payment provided, the only thing they're licensed to do.

That contradicts their public Blog statement (they posted after GOX went down)

It's suspicious to say the least when coins went up being pumped in price ..all of a sudden wallet problems.

Real simple.. you see guys arb'ing up a storm with some shit coin..
You then freeze the wallets and arb the coins like the users were.
Then he waits for the price to tank when the inevitable dump happens and tries to buy back his coins for Cryptsy.
Then he re-opens the wallets for public exchange use.
This would be VERY easy to pull off and no one could call him on it.
Problem is he could get burned arb'ing just like the rest of us could !

Well there are at least 3 companies involved: Cryptsy Belize, Project Investors, and Cryptsy US.

I'd bet that the Belize operation is loaded with assets and project investors is likely fairly well off as well. Cyrptsy US is likely just the bumper on the front of the car. It can take a lot of damage, a few dents won't degrade it's structure, and it protects the rest of the vehicle until it needs to be replaced. Cyrptsy US is likely broke and operating on fumes from the tanks of the other two entities. Most likely Cryptsy US will continue drifting along until Belize and Project Investors stop extracting more money from the operation than they put into it. Eventually, when they run with the cash - maybe the creditors will get whats left over from the eventual sale of some office furniture from the Florida office a few years down the road in bankruptcy proceedings.

My total on craptsy is 0.01 points from the last trade I made about a month or so ago.  I consider that a win.

I can't figure out how Cryptsy's able to maintain overhead, e.g., office, utilities, payroll, etc. That's not including what Paul Vernon needs to supposedly legitimately extract from the endeavor to maintain his brand new million-dollar-plus digs in Florida. I'd say the expressed is a near-impossibility, with most likely the SEC et al. looking into his affairs.

I bet they just don't have the coins. Maybe they've been seized, stolen, or lost. Doesn't really matter where they went. It looks like these guys may be past the point of no return.

Possibly the following step before in crypsty had thousands of BTC volume when I get the indictment in September and / or earlier, and the business was not so good

Got 2 options or retire with loss of 30% or perdes all with enjuciarlos idea and take them to jail, because the money was never recovered and may be further jail time.

And previous scams occurred, for example MOON / MOON step BTC / LTC causing huge losses to traders, or to add as many coins, made the
other currencies will fall in price, all speculation and opportunism.

if you guys were reading this topic you would know why.
It has to be re-explained endlessly over & over on every single page...

Since no cold wallet coins are going to the hot wallet it is a waiting game until
someone comes to Cryptsy with coins to deposit.
So the time you wait can vary severely or abruptly stop for extended periods of time.
Even basic statistical averages are useless given the system.

Further more, the concept that trying to take out a small amount is a test to see if a larger amount will work is flawed.
I have proven this endlessly and all i see is chat users on the Cryptsy Troll Box saying try it etc.
