One of my Cryptsy withdrawal has not been received and its more than 2 weeks now. For another coin, its wallet is under maintenance for more than a month. Support ticket is useless and nothing is moving. I have with me all the proof about balances, transactions and wallet addresses. Total worth of my coins would be more than $2000 (current rate ) and I expect the value to grow.

I am considering to file a lawsuit if I do not receive my coins back. How effective would that be? How much would that cost? Anyone with such experience, please share your knowledge.

I recall the Coin and it's spammy bs on the chat box at Cryptsy it drove me nuts.
It was clearly a shitcoin pumped and dumped.. and your missing one part of the puzzle.
That was happening back then when DCGirl was flogging it hard on chat with Gorilla coin (*later) etc.

A day went by and he said good luck with that Devs dump all the time even though he knew Fraud was involved. The GitHub was hacked and a different Wallet uploaded with a secret block. This could have caused the crash alone and was a guise of the Dump so it gave the perception of non Pump n Dump. Total fiasco but at least halt trading to let the devs recover. I gave up after knowing how Cryptsy handled the MN2 market with non response and bans from TrollBox. Leaving was the best option...

The provider  was cloud hashing they white labeled it. Horrible deal pretty much anything mining is shady. I think a few other exchanges have them as well. None will admit it all under contract.
