just wanted to say I finally got my 1000 XC withdraw from Cryptsy after 10 days.

To their credit, they responded my ticket within minutes.

10 days is long but still better than nothing.

Thank you guys, I will give you guys a second chance.

Hey Guys! Maybe it's time to try a new exchange: Coinport.com.
Were new here, and have only 1000 traders, and not a lot of liquidity but we offer instant deposits and withdrawals, as well as complete transparency. You can view anybody's stats, trades, deposits/withdrawals, pretty much everything.

After these cases I think that the trading volume on Cryptsy is mostly fake. They don't want lose their coins and delay the customers withdrawal until a next deposit of a new customer.

i literally had MILLIONS of coins vanish, then they lock my account without reason nor cause!!!

They did a big upgrade over the past week which caused a lot of problems.  I couldn't log on for nearly 3 days but now everything seems to be good so I think they've upgraded and fixed everything by now.

I must say I have never had so many problems with an exchange... actually I have had NO PROBLEMS with any exchange except for Cryptsy and I have been in the crypto business since September 2013

Gox, Coinex, Bittrex, have all given me more problems than Cryptsy.

The first two cheated me, the last just saddened me in its quite obvious complicity in scamcoin promotion.

Well i had the same with mooncoin, well had, i still have, every 5 days i needed to re-open the ticket, after 3 months of trying i stopped.

I sended all the info they needed, account name, txid, wallet adres from my wallet + wallet on cryptsy, screenshots etc.. they found the moon coins ( duh because it was on pending deposits ) only thing was happend that from the few k mooncoins ( i know not much, its wasn't for me the matter how much it was, but it was about trust, what IF this happen with my bitcoins .. )
Anyway at the end i have 0.8 mooncoins to spend, other few k are just gone and no reaction anymore

For the rest i like cryptsy and i didn't stop using it, but i believe this topic starter can have problems..

Where i think the problems starts is the helpdesk who take care of the created tickets, always fake names like cloe, loah, britney, always crazy girl names. I guess those people dont take the job serious so nothing will happen with ur ticket. They tell you they will send it to the dev team for a look at it, i think that just almost never happen. Because after that u hear nothing anymore, never.

Last ticket i created was about the btc/nav market, reaction from:

Guess what happened? 5 days later: ticket solved.. anyway nothing has solved, no reaction no nothing, so i re-opened the ticket, its like a circle goes around.

All those agents are real people. And your NAV question was likely created in the new coin addition section which generally gets a canned response as those are in the hundreds a day.

some of the agents are very nice, but in the old days, you could rely on you or Mullick or even Vern to sort things out.

The exchange grew, so the support is more distant and less involved in building the business.

I've been using Cryptsy for a while now with no problems.

Is running Cryptsy a full time job for the site admin(s)? If not, then I can understand why it might be preferable to leave everything to the end of the week. Whenever I buy or sell anything on eBay, I usually do it during the weekend since I'm busy on weekdays.

I'm having XC withdraw issues from Cryptsy.

It has been 5 days and I still have not got my XC yet.

To cryptsy's credit, they responded to my ticket right the way saying there is a wallet issue.

But does it really take 5 days to fix a wallet issue ?

Please help us Cryptsy.
