This is not clear for me, so what will happend with the coins which will not be sold at the ico end? The Company behind the cvc coin will sell this coins to 0,99EUR at the exchanges till all coins are sold? In this case the ico has not really ended, it is just a new platform. It feels like a open price manipulation because the price has no chance to grow till all coins the company holds are sold out.

To prevent such a case normally there is a fixed ico start/end a cap and a process what will happen if not all coins/token are sold. The solutions normally used are burn or a percentual distribution to all holders.

This is really a no go at crypto ico`s, i never heared from such business practices from other ico`s.

So at the end of the day it`s like a "endless" ico from your side till all coins which are ramaining are sold. Does really everyone knows what this means for the market price? Dear devs, I would recommend to review this strategy and especially the relation to you investors.
