The minimum price of buying the coins in ICO is pretty much high and is a deal breaker for me. I first thought that is is a nice project and also that I should invest in it, but after signing up and watching that minimum payment is either 0.5 BTC or 10 ETH is listed and is pretty much high for small investors like me.

But on the 20th of May all the limits will be taken off. Concerning "late announcement", we have presented our project at Blockchain conference in Moscow, October 2016. All interested investors were invited to exclusive crowdsale.

That's good that you're removing limits after 20th of May. A lot of small investors can create big support for the project.
