By the way, topping up $25000 was itself a quite lot of money and you should not have deposited this much money on any random site.
I am not sure yet if Csgo500 is a legit site or not as I am hearing about this site for the first time.
I only had 2 accounts (dmitriykartashov308) and the one on which I won. These are not new accounts; Quite a lot of money was lost there. The admins should have known that I had a second account. In all this time I have not received a single bonus from the casino and have not tried to bypass the withdrawal limits. I suggested re-passing KYC

Did the site Csgo500 allow creation of more than one accounts. Most sites won't allow you to have more than one account, and this can be an easy excuse for them to block your accounts and do not let you withdrawal. Remember, you said lot of money was lost there, and the site have no probelm even if you have 100s of accounts. The probelm only occurs when you win any amount, as you have won now.
I hope you understand how all this gambling system works for untrusted sites.
You can bypass every rules as long as you're losing. Once you win, oh you are not allowed to have 2 accounts. Sorry. Thats the stance of these sites.
If you read the thread a little bit more carefully, and the screenshots that got translated into english by several users, you'll come to better understand why he didn't do KYC before, whether 500casino "allows" creation of more than one account, and probably the situation regarding this case.
Thanks for this however i was more interested to find the official response on this case and it clearly concludes that OP was at fault.
Doing the KYC with falsified documentation, making multiple accounts and violating the terms and conditions, only to fulfill his gambling addiction is never going to help him.
Secondly, upon further investigation, it was discovered that the user had submitted falsified documentation during the KYC verification process.
When confronted with these facts, the user admitted to his wrongdoings (he made sure to not include those screenshots in the reply).
His accounts were locked and the user was permanently banned from using our services.
