Hello, I decided to play on csgo500. I topped up $25,000 and bet on x3. I managed to win, I was lucky. When I started withdrawing money, I encountered a problem and was asked to go through verification.

Did you not do a KYC before and was it after you won a big amount, the site asked for the KYC ?
By the way, topping up $25000 was itself a quite lot of money and you should not have deposited this much money on any random site.
I am not sure yet if Csgo500 is a legit site or not as I am hearing about this site for the first time.

I only had 2 accounts (dmitriykartashov308) and the one on which I won. These are not new accounts; Quite a lot of money was lost there. The admins should have known that I had a second account. In all this time I have not received a single bonus from the casino and have not tried to bypass the withdrawal limits. I suggested re-passing KYC

[...]

Did the site Csgo500 allow creation of more than one accounts. Most sites won't allow you to have more than one account, and this can be an easy excuse for them to block your accounts and do not let you withdrawal. Remember, you said lot of money was lost there, and the site have no probelm even if you have 100s of accounts. The probelm only occurs when you win any amount, as you have won now.
I hope you understand how all this gambling system works for untrusted sites.
You can bypass every rules as long as you're losing. Once you win, oh you are not allowed to have 2 accounts. Sorry. Thats the stance of these sites.

If you read the thread a little bit more carefully, and the screenshots that got translated into english by several users, you'll come to better understand why he didn't do KYC before, whether 500casino "allows" creation of more than one account, and probably the situation regarding this case.

Thanks for this however i was more interested to find the official response on this case and it clearly concludes that OP was at fault.
Doing the KYC with falsified documentation, making multiple accounts and violating the terms and conditions, only to fulfill his gambling addiction is never going to help him.

After checking with Support, this is their official response:

Quote
The user was not banned for ''exploiting'' any game, although the suspicious activities logged triggered red flags in our system which led us to some probing. Turns out that the user in question created and operated multiple accounts which is expressly prohibited in our policies.

Secondly, upon further investigation, it was discovered that the user had submitted falsified documentation during the KYC verification process.

When confronted with these facts, the user admitted to his wrongdoings (he made sure to not include those screenshots in the reply).

His accounts were locked and the user was permanently banned from using our services.

I think the better advise to OP will be to seek help instead of moving on. He's self excluding himself, then tried to bypass it by using his... grandmother's credential, and didn't think that what he did was wrong. This is a textbook addiction.

OP, please do something about it, we don't want you to fall into big mess.

Yeah, I'm with you on this one as well.  It's pretty obvious the OP has a major gambling addiction going on.  Instead of trying to get around the self-exclusion stuff, he really gotta get some help and deal with whatever's causing him to gamble like that in the first place.

Heres hoping he actually listen to people's advice here and make some positive changes before his life gets completely messed up.

Okay so this gives me a better understanding of what went down, but I gotta be straight with you - the casino's got you here.  Looks like you went against some of their rules laid out in the Terms of Service.  And if you weren't willing to work with them to figure out that exploit you found, no reason they should give you anything back.

I get it, you just wanted to win big and thought you found a clever trick.  Casinos don't play that way though.  Theyre gonna protect themselves and  sucks but you're out of luck this time.  Take the loss as a lesson learned and move on.  What's done is done now.

I've reposted the second part of your screenshots and included translated versions for easier viewing:

the second account was created 4 months ago. There is nothing interesting in the second part of the conversation. They told me that I used an exploit to win. I tried to explain to them that the game was fair.

What you called not interesting is what gets your account banned for violating their Terms Of Service and they want to give you a chance by telling them how you implemented the exploits, you can deny the exploits but they have a system to trace if a user is exploiting games on their platform, the exploit has become a he said you said thing, but the violation of their terms about multiple accounts is not.

I'll say it again. I used my details for KYC. Regarding self-exclusion, the administration should have known, since in the morning I withdrew money from the account in which my winnings were located.

I was verified as a person from my family. My documents are expired. This is not a leftist man

Ok, this is a case gone from bad to worse to worst by each progression. You set a self-exclusion and then bypassing it with second account, and you use KYC of your family to pose as you, thus falsifying credentials, because your documents are expired?

[...] There is nothing interesting in the second part of the conversation. They told me that I used an exploit to win. I tried to explain to them that the game was fair.

Amuse us, please? Upload them to talkimg, I'll happily "translate" them for added context. I am sure people here will find it useful.

Why are you selectively sharing conversation screenshots? you make it look like you're trying to hide something.

I didn't fake anything. Ready to undergo any additional KYC.

Can you address this that you admitted to your wrongdoing when confronted and that you did not include it in the screenshot, you could get busted if Csgo500 dropped the bomb here and you will be caught lying to the community because Csgo500 also has a copy of the conversation, it's their words to your words but a screenshot of the whole conversation is enough to bust your claim if  Csgo500 agreed to post the entire conversion.

How the administrators will know that you have an account with self-exclusion period? Have you informed them about it after creating your new account? Perhaps, they have taken the actions when the system noticed similar device/IP activity or wallet address connections.

Based on the self-exclusion rules, you aren't allowed to make deposits and place bets during the period. But you tried to escape the rules by creating a new account. Which is a clear violation of the terms. Providing fake documents for the KYC verification is another violation of the terms. Control your gambling habits and forget about the forfeited funds.

about multi-account. Yes, I had it, but there was self-restraint. Therefore, I could not play on the main account, the administrators clearly knew about this, since the day before I calmly withdrew $25,000. I also did not use any casino bonuses. Just return the deposit in this case

But you do created severall accounts after the earlier one got... by "self restrain", do you talking about "self-exclusion" where you asked the said account to be excluded from the platform,or were you referring to "limited", where your account can only place bets very lowly?

[...]

[...]

OP, one way to clear one of this counter allegation is by providing us the rest of the conversation. I noticed that the screenshots you gave was just about probably one fourth of the entire conversation, judging from the scroll bar.
