Cryptopia is more or less 0.6BTC now. Yobit is fine if everything is ok with coin. Once something happens it will be put into forever maintance.

i think this will need to be listed somewhere to get more miners behind it - else there might be too many people with too high balance when it does start trading.

Anything helps. Novaexchange & YoBit require .1BTC - coinexchange is .25BTC or .5BTC . Direct listing for nova is .9 - Cryptopia is pretty expensive as well, but forget what they charge for listing.
I have .04 right now - and loads of pasta.

any bounty available still for pools?
tried to compile it earlier this week but couldn't link boost against it for some reason, followed directions exactly but after successful compile linking failed to find the boost symbols (ubuntu 16.04). never had such a problem with other coin daemons and have compiled many

Sorry, misunderstood the issue. Sounds like an external issue, can you get into your router/firewall?
Also, try deleting everything in your \roaming\copypasta folder and restarting
