This is a decentralized market and we all know how things have been so far for a while now and most especially after the FOMO rush last year which was uncalled for. This is the after math which we actually do not know the rate at which the market is really going to be affected for now and the only thing we can hope for is to see a recovery soon, but as we keep lingering on to the way down, I am not expecting any miracle before the end of the year.

As of now, bitcoin had failed to hold up the much expected $6000 levels and trading right now around $5800 levels. First we need to stop further fall down before thinking about up trend moving. I am expecting bitcoin to test again $10k levels in this July if that happens then we may think about $20k in August.

While it is obvious we would like a fast recovery the ones that are the most desperate to see a recovery are those that invested in December, I do not have a lot of bitcoin but even the current prices are fine by me so I do not really have any kind of need the prices improve immediately, even if this bear market lasted for several years I know I can hold long enough to see the next bull market.

By the end of august? Impossible! That month bitcoin price are just starting to recover the price. Usually bitcoin price will getting higher at the Ber months.

it will happen slow and steady at first, the g20 UN regs are being presented in july and then the standard stock strat of sellin may stay away, so later in the fall large firms will probably roll back into the market.

In my own opinion, it will take more time before bitcoins could reach $20k dollars this year but there is a chance for the price of bitcoins to grow and surpass $10k dollars before the month hits august.

Yes that is right to say but still i think that people have become familare with bitcoin and now they know the its nature too much, therefore they have removed any fear from their heart, and now they are trying their best to hold bitcoin as much as they can, because they know that very soon they will see bitcoin price trading too much high.

That was do to the forks of Bitcoin cash. Is there another fork for August? Can't just go by, "On the 31st of last year Bitcoin rose by this much, so the 31st of this year Bitcoin will rise."

I don't think that anybody can be sure 100 % what will happen with btc price in August.
To many factors are involved here, like negative news, rumors, legal issues in many countries etc.
I really hope that btc price will be $20 k by the end of August but I think that end of year is more realistic goal.
Currently, btc price is going down already a few months and I don't think that this trend will change quickly.

You see how easy it is to predict something and it would not happen here at cryptocurrencies world, the same way we can predict long-term down trend, and it would turn out with a great blossom soon.

August is too close a deadline for that, probably end of this year or middle next year. Btc is still consolidating and with the new wave of uncertainty around. Once the air of uncertainty is cleared, then it's achievable, not before

Because of that, i think that the price of bitcoin will not reach the $20,000 price before the end of august and i think that it will need more months and the price of $20,000 will be reached maybe after this year and in the mid year of 2019. The price of bitcoin is very dump and i think that it will take a lot of time before it recovers.

I see the 2017 scenario repeated this year. Bitcoin prices are falling sharply and it will explode later this year. I predict in October the bitcoin price will be 30,000 usd and the ETH price will be 3500 usd.

the current crypto market has not been stable and still many price drops occurred in this month. many lost money due to crypto for getting information that crypto will recover when the market is not yet stable. I just wait when the market really recovered due to bad news about crypto.

The growth trend did not maintain. And there's no such thing as a crypto market expert. One will say it's going grow here, another will say it's going to drop here. And the only thing that makes them expert is that by chance by the laws of percentage something they said happened by luck.
