The theme is boring, maybe it should be replaced with bright colors. I do not like the gray color maybe gold will be nice with this forum in accordance with Bitcoin that shines like gold.
Indeed I discovered SMF forum software has two default themes available, one is indeed called core and looks very similiar to bitcoin talk forum.
There are some slight differences though. Bitcoin talk forum seems to be a little bit wider. This could be because of slight versioning changes of the theme or perhaps the theme itself was slightly modified.
I also noticed some browser rendering differences between firefox and opera mostly caused by slightly larger top region/tab in opera and sizing/scaling because of that.

- you can use some google chrome extensions To edit how you see this forum.
- If you have experience/hire some one in Javascript you can create your own script.

I don't think theme will change anytime soon.
I like the current theme, but it hurts my eyes at night. So I am using f.lux , a good program that reduces de blues light and increases the red light. Pretty good to sleep.

Do you think that this theme should be replaced? Or maybe the user can replace his or her own favorite theme. I guess that's cool if it's applied here.

Core Theme
The default theme is the original one that comes with any simple machines forum.
What is the current theme for this bitcoin forum ? Does it have a name ? Can it be downloaded somewhere ? Or is it a custom theme only available to the bitcoin forum ?
