In relation to the rules, that you would want to set up, I understand that you are facing issues with people editing their response once they see another response. In this regard, you could ask the responders to send you a personal message simultaneously, so that you are able to get an audit trail of the messages. I'm just suggesting since I wished this game was back - you might have already thought about these rules.
