No. Posting translated coin announcements is on topic only in language/location boards that have a dedicated altcoin section.

As hard as it to understand this, I'll take a go at it: There is no reason for Czech to have its own section (yet). There are less than 600 posts since the creation of the thread (which was 5 years ago). Since there is not dedicated section, that means that you should not be opening multiple threads regarding the same languages. Altcoin giveaway threads are also disallowed.

One Coin = one thread

In this case one in english and one in the local language.

BF>Local>Other
And since there is no section in other nor announcement for Czech, it stays just in Other. That would be ok right¿

IIRC, you were posting a translated altcoin announcement. Those are off-topic and get deleted, except when they are posted in language boards that have a dedicated altcoin board.
