Transactions haven't come through to my Bitcoin Core wallet yet (not showing up).
Blockchain.info block explorer shows the wallet balance as if it's there though.
Not sure what's going on.

I cant tell because I am not on the campaign but from the transaction id it seems no one yet because the transaction is still unconfirmed. I have a transaction to an exchanger since 3 hours ago and it is still unconfirmed right now. You should read the last page of the thread I linked.

There is a graph that shows the average fee for now is 40-60k satoshi and if you are waiting for your avatar payment it will be longer because it has medium priority

This is no good is it, imagine if you were trying to set up a business deal or contract. The people dealing with you wouldn't be best pleased.

'Fee is too low, especially during a stress test, it will confirm eventually tho but you could potentially wait 1-2 days'

There is a huge stress test going on now and there are alot of unconfirmed transaction for now . Maybe that could be the reason that your bitcoin core doesnt show the transaction because of this. A random lottery may grant bigger bonuses to some users; however, a bonus for everyone would avoid fusses and complaints from excluded participants and would satisfy more people. So, I would cast my vote into the bonus for everyone ballot box.

Okay, sorry for the confusion.

By bonus, I mean an equal amount which would have gone to lottery otherwise divided among all participants proportionately in the existing basic payout.

By lottery, I will ask devthedev to select numbers, etc. and get a couple of winners of good (higher) amounts.

Edit: Currently bonus leading with 4:1.
