@whoever is managing the spreadsheet, is the post count on that updated quite often? it seems to me that it is, and will the post count for new members (including me) be updated soon? i hate not being able to track my progress on this sig campaign. thanks.
It is not done for new members, and more importantly it is irrelevant as the constructive post count is done manually. For instance this post you made will not count.

Do you guys note down the starting post every week?
Yes they do, if you take a look closely, the starting post each week will be your ending post for the last week. It is carried over automatically I think since there is a lot of formula in the spreadsheet

I think it is automatic because if ndnhc, carra of bf4btc enter the spreadsheet to edit, you can see them there. New enrollee is put on below and different from the previous member. New member posts seem to be not updated automatically there, so you have to check on your own
i guess theyll count the posts manually at the beginning to ensure quality of posts

The rank can be changed any time before the counting. So no issues like you get wrong payment or anything..
Edit: And update your signatures*.
Do that whenever you get ranked up, on the day before counting.

How come im listed as full member for this week? I got Sr Member before the spreadsheet got reset.
Maybe because you're still wearing a FM signature ad? I'm just guessing, however...

(so in my case the maximum would be 150 x 0.0013 = 0.195 + 0.04 = 0.235, you cant make beyond this? because I think i usually make more than 150 a month, so in this case I would be lossing BTC, lets say i make 200, i could be making 0.26 on the regular campaing.

You are not losing anything because the avatar campaign is additional earning for you. If you think that you are losing btc than you can choose not to join it since I know that the avatar campaign is not a must.

so 0.00157 x 200 = 0.3134 ??
Or would be 0.235 for the 150, then the next 50 would count as regular campaing? in numbers:
0.235 + (50 x 0.0013) = 0.3 ??
Or would it be 200 normal posts + the 0.04 for having surpassed the 150 goal?

The avatar and signature is a separate campaign. You made 100 posts last week than it will be counted as 100 for your avatar campaign as well but only maximum of 150 will be paid for the avatar campaign. Nothing to be lose here since all the post you made will still be paid for the signature campaign if they are qualified. I will gladly switch place with you for the avatar campaign if you are not satisfied with this

As what erwin said, the signature and avatar is a separate campaign, so I think your 3rd option is the correct calculation.
So if you made 200 constructive posts a month, you'll get 0.26 (0.0013x200) for the signature campaign + 0.04 for the avatar campaign.
