this will be the best decision to make as people will get pissed off if Dadice cancel this, so another 24 hours delay is good , it provided enough time for Dadice to fix their site problem and also sent the require amount to the escrow
Cancelling this campaign now will start a huge s**tstorm and scam accusations will ensue, so I guess it is out of the question. Waiting is better option but still not ideal. I will just need to confirm everything with dadice.
P.S. There is no question of cancelling this campaign. The issue is there are many Full member and Sr. member applications, so some may get rejected.
so you are basically saying that spammer should be pay ? I think the best way to do it is to browse a few page of someone post history , that should reflect if that guy is a spammer or not, judging from the post, than a sig campaign maintainer can either accept or not that participants

The enrollment will be delayed further by 24 hours for escrow confirmation and for enrolling participants who are not participating because of the same.
Posts will only be counted if you get accepted. If you are consistent and make constructive posts, you will be counted in for sure.
Priority will be given to quality posters.

I removed it because I want to enquire with dadice whether such is allowed and should you and few others be enrolled since essentially this is a pay per post campaign and there are a good number of rules given in OP too.
