First, you are wrong its 100 millionth and not 10.
Second, by doing this promotion along with the referall competition sites is getting more players day by day. They may be rollling for 1 satoshi bet now but it wont mean to be like that forever.
Third, with this promotions ongoing, people are curious about the site, thus some deposit their coins and play here and with the house edge, the site got some profit. So it is a good promotions for a start up and to let people know that dadice is a great site

You mean to roll with more account? yes you can do that and the rules doesnt state that you cant roll with more than 1 accoun, although I have to remind you even with the lite version, a cheap vps will be having trouble logging into the site. Plus having multiple account snipping the 100 millionth bet wont be actually means that you will be able to snipe it.
