Study the ShapeShift fee structure. We are getting the exchange rate from ShapeShift API, there is nothing we can do. But their fees are very clear and it is the miners fee only. So as less as you deposit the bigger is the impact due to the miners fee. For larger amounts you might not even take notice of the miners fee.

Is is not misleading, it is simply how it is. There are miner fees for almost all cryptocurrencies and you have to take this into consideration. On the other side you are free to exchange your alts at various exchanges and deposit bitcoin with us.

have you think that your deposit was cutted by the transaction fees?
i thought it is the only problem.

When you deposit altcoins on dadice you can select them and see how much btc you would get and it says 0.05 Dash gets you around 57k satocshi.

I deposited more than 0.05 Dash even after the substraction of fees and nonetheless I got only 47k satoshi credited.

The shown approximation of their conversion is simply misleading.

Told you before it ain't their fault, they use shapeshit for altcoin deposits, this is something you should bring up to shapeshift's support not dadice.

Actually its not the interface from dadice, dadice is just using shapeshift to process the payments. BTW aren't there fees in dash? Maybe thats what caused it

Yeah made another 0.1 since then, so the total rained was around 0,15 or something. Rained like 0,1+ on dadice on some more on another dice site, where I visit frequently as well.

It depends on shapeshift not on dadice, whether the coins are removed or not, as dadice uses shapeshift's API for processing altcoins. Which alt-coin did you want btw?
