Are you sure about this? the word is wrong, it should be total invested then not just invested because with this I can just get 100 btc invested, invest 1 btc 100x or invest and divest and put it back again. Can dadice clarify about this? is the word the invested means total invested or the current investment?

Have you deposited to that account? If you can figure out the deposit address, may be the Support/Dev can help.

Email is not required for signup.
If you don't get anything, try to figure out the username (if it has such an account it will ask for a password instead of redirecting to Gameplay, you see? But you can't try often.) if you can't send them the full list.
You should however have some kind of proof that you are the real owner.

We have looked into the latest lag reports. Seems to us to be a Cloud Flare issue, since we don't have any problems (even with very slow internet) to connect directly to our server via IP. We are also looking into alternatives, since we had issues with Cloud Flare repeatedly during the last couple of months.

its nice to hear that you find out what the problem was, i hope it will be solved as soon as possible as i cant even play on lite version and you are my best dice game
