I just joined and made a deposit but it didn't work. I have 5 confirmations on the transaction 
Yes sometime that problem occurred due to blockchain issue you must send a send to support section about this issue, this will get resolved within few minutes so have to provide them your btc deposit address of dadice in that ticket.

you can check any roll status by using command in chat box !#300000000 so with command you can check any roll status which are not achieved, the winner of 300M is @FaucetFucker as it seems that roll is from faucet amount anyway congrats to the winner for this roll.

congrats Dadice for achieving 300M bets milestone that is great move now dadice growing much faster than before, i would like to say congrats to all winner of this competition who rolled that dice and all others for date prediction bounty at this forum and on social media channels. good luck to all

It looks like its is very hard to win the jackpot I already rolled more than 500k still I did not win.
That's why its called by Jackpot
As you can see at the Jackpot Denied List, there are many players rolled the jackpot number but unfortunately they did not meet the other requirements. Even there was a player rolled "0" more than 8x in a day but still did not win the jackpot.
So just keep rolling and wait for your lucky time..good luck

but even playing for only the jackpot is very +EV if u consider betting only 1 satoshi every bet ( considering the min win is 0.2 BTC )
it's really nice for everyone , and actually there are many members right now just chasing the jackpot as a main betting strategy

You have it backwards.
Rolling a prime betid is 5.00% (1 in 20)
Rolling a prime epoch time is 4.54% (1 in 22)
Rolling both primes at the same time is 0.23% (1 in 440)
Rolling the right number is 0.01% (1 in 10,000)
So rolling the right number is by far the hardest component.
