I dont think the strategy as posted by the OP will work out, I have seen some people lost their bets 20 times in a row by using martingale technique

Always create new account to play dice, change your IP and mac address before create new acc. I thought new acc has more chance to win.
First time I've heard something like this. The newer the account => more chances to win?
But overall, I don't think any strategy can really help. It's mostly just pure luck.
This is because to bypass the dicessite's hidden code. Yeah they claim to be provably fair and all that crap, but who knows?
People usually think dice site lets newer accs win in the first few rounds. Just to lure them. Then you will see 20times reds in a row.
To prevent this people create new acc's as soon as after a few rounds of playing.

No, it's no so good idea because freedoge.co.in (&freebitco.in) have the worst House Edge I ever seen.
5% of HE kills any strategy.
If you like to test your strategy with Doges (that is logical) I would recommend 999dice that have both faucet and giveaway chat button with 3 criptocurrencies; BTC, Doge and LTC.
They also have min HE of 0.1%

Let's guys make some problems to Dice site profit
1. We take for balance let say 15 - 20 BTC and start on single bet;
2. Make our starting bet 1 Satoshi, % of win 49.95%, double Martingale - then next bet will be 4 Satoshi and so on;
3. When we reach - 0.1 - 1.5 BTC win, we stop play and make withdraw all win & balance to our wallet
How do you think - is that real or not ?

Your statement is 100% correct. Everyone use their own strategy while gambling.
So, its totally useless to try others methods and strategy.

It's safe idea to get bitcoin from dice site
But, with only 1 satoshi & 2x multiplier is too long
