There have been added a bit in the rules, all rules can still be seen in post #1 of this thread.
The changes is:
- Stake now have to be 9.99 mBTC to take part in the competition.
- Only first bet from the user with the stake of 9.99 mBTC on a betting day can take part in the competition.

No it ain't religious! Lot of users stake 10 mBTC on their bets, nearly no one stake 9.99 mBTC. We changed rules that first bet on the betting day from a user with this amount is the bet that can participate. So we saw it better to make the entrance stake to the competitionanother stake than 10, so it not should be a problem for a user that have made bets earlier in the day on 10 mBTC can not participate. Now you can say that this will be a problem for users that have made stake on 9.99 mBTC earlier in the day - but as told first, 10 mBTC is a offen used stake which 9.99 mBTC is not.

Sorry for the late update today - But there there have been something to look into with "Wanted Sr account" bet, which first looked like a winner.
Same account made bets on all outcomes of these three matches, so no matter the result there would be a link for coupon to fit in as a winner.
There is no winner today - and user Wanted Sr account can not take part in this contest any more!
We will make a update to the rules which will be posted when the betting day start tomorrow, so we dont have to spend time on a case like this in the future.

I made bet on all possible outcomes doesn't mean I did anything wrong
I did everything you mentioned in the rules and participated with a single bet no matter it will be winner or not
Betting on all possible outcomes was kept to avoid losses which everyone is facing

Update : Yeah good win. Was a bit worried because they kept adding extra times but finally ended the match with penalties between Real Salt Lake and hammerheads
