This could be a good start for a newbie, it smells like how I was started
I will buy a ticket and if I will win I will donate them.
I will publish my BTC address what was used to be bought my Lottery Ticket and random I will send to one of Participating BTC Address only if my ticket will be the winner one
I will leave you now I am in a hurry I have to travel 1200 miles from Los Angeles to my Brother.

We have cancelled the step to send us your email & BTC address before to pay your Lottery Ticket, because the Draw will be made with BTC addresses and the BTC will go straight to the Winner BTC Address.
And we do not need to collect any contact details if we do not need, we are not spammers to run after emails.
