The danger of sexual contact of any sort with Africans has been highlighted once again with the first report of a sexually-transmitted Ebola infection—and a report from Italian doctors warning of an “Ebola Trojan Horse” entering Europe via African invade.

99% of them are single, divorced or widowed. Many of them are lonely pensioners, who don't live with their family members. That said, the number of women sex tourists (albeit increasing) is just a fraction of that of the male sex tourists. Go to Thailand or Cambodia, and you will find tens of thousands of middle-aged Western men paying for sex with teenaged girls.
There's maybe a lot of money in this sector. I'm surprised that a company has not already proposed such a service.

A lot of middle-aged and elderly white women travel to countries such as Senegal and Guinea, with the intent of finding a younger male sex partner. This has become a very widespread practice now. There is even one R-rated German-language film on this subject (Paradies: Liebe, released in 2012). That said, I don't have any information on the sero-conversion rates of these women.

I read it somewhere that the Ebola virus can remain in the semen upto 300 days, after the patient is cured of EVD. That is very worrying, as tens of thousands of migrants from the affected countries (Guinea, Sierra Leone, and Liberia) have migrated to the European Union in the past few months. Obviously some of them could be infected with the virus and there is a very high risk of someone getting infected.
The risk of Ebola resurfacing in Africa is much higher than migration resulting in somebody in Europe contracting Ebola.
This is after all only one case where Ebola has been sexually transmitted.
