the infastructure for animal protection in third world countries are not really good like Usa or europe countries, and these countries still believe some mystics that may lead to animal murdering. well im not trying to be racist, it's my perspective, i'm asian btw and yeah .. i live in third world countries

And a large part of African nations cannot sustain its peoples without outside help. I think it's safe to say they're overpopulated. Not that western institutions who excersize suicidal altruism are free from blame. They are keeping the grow in population up with their dumping of food and money in the area.
Most of Africa is already over populated with the exception of the Sahara desert.
Only a few of the African nations are over-populated, such as Nigeria and Egypt. The population density in the remainder is much less than that in Asia and Europe. But the real issue is population growth. The population is growing extremely fast.

Every life must be respected, because there is no restraint so unscrupulous, those who are in the hearts of the people who will be afraid of other people's accusations. The so-called People will talk. there is no word for them. When the animals are not able to satisfy their metamorphosis, the next object is human. Law is the tool of governing the country. I generally love dogs more than people. I swear I would have shot the man who killed the dog.
That is your problem. But don't expect others to murder humans, in order to create more space for the stray dogs. As a fellow human being, I would prefer humans over dogs any time of the day.

In America are very careful animals. In Russia, poisoned stray dogs, and they die in agony. In the USSR even on city streets went brigade flayers with hunting rifles and were shooting at stray dogs. Barbaric country!!!
