any userscripts I can add to chrome to make this site run on dark mode like the rest of my phone?

I would avoid Chrome browser on Android. It's the only one I know I couldn't add uBlock origin to (and I clearly wanted to).

I'm using Vivaldi browser. It's based on Chromium and it has a setting under the Themes  - which is also dark for me too - to turn all (!!!) web pages dark.
And Vivaldi has in-built blocker for ads, popups and trackers.

My phone is always on dark mode and so is the browser aswell... the browser theme has always worked for me anyways.

Have you ever thought about reducing the brightness of your screen or activating Android's night mode?
I say this because these are useful solutions to avoid having to use extra apps or scripts.

I do that quite alot plus adding a privacy screen guard which  reduces the light a little bit just that the disadvantage is that it reduce  visibilityin day(especially when ou try to view under the sun).
Hence I use a particular app to go pro especially in the night , it's called 'Blue Light Filter" ( incase anyone is interested, not an advert )... infact , sometimes I do change it to black and white theme using the same filter app..

Hey guys. It's 9:39 PM here, and the bright white background when I open Bitcointalk on my new phone is burning my eyeballs out. So do you all know of any userscripts I can add to chrome to make this site run on dark mode like the rest of my phone?

Also, it looks like it's intelligent enough to not wipe out my entire post when I navigate away.  Smiley

And why is the editor text so big and got underlines all over it? I must have been using my iPhone for too long. Lol
You may have read in such a hassle because you have bought a new phone and try to describe your problem below. If you want to run the Bitcointalk’s site in Dark mode on Chrome, you can use the user script. You can use extension called Stylus or Dark Reader. They will help change the layout of the site and the site will look like the dark mode of your phone. The problem you mention, where text is underline and growing up, is probably due to the default settings of your browser or phone. If you use a rech-text editor, it can change the style. If you see this problem in Chrome, it may be due to your phone’s browser settings, or the editor that you are using is behaving like that. If you wish, you can check the style settings of the editor or use special app to ensure the correct text size and format.

Some tips for adjusting the light on an Android:

How to activate night mode:

Personally, I prefer to always have less brightness on the screen. When more brightness is needed, I adjust it manually.

First go to chrome and then settings at setting tap on theme and select dark. Once this step is completed then you should visit
Code:
chrome://flags
and then search "dark", you'll find Auto Dark Mode for Web Contents, change it from default to enabled and then restart the chrome. This will change your chrome's theme and web content to dark mode. It works for me and hope it may work for you as well.

There are some userscripts I tried for dark theme before but I didn't find anything that worked without issues on all pages so I couldn't use them.
You can search dark mode userscripts on greasyfork.org website and see if you find something that works for you.
If you want to have best results than DarkReader extension is the best choice, but than you would have to use different browser, not chr0me.

There is another ''trick'' that works on desktop using flags, not sure if this is possible in android but you can try:
Code:
chrome://flags/#enable-force-dark

PS
BPIP extension also have dark mode available in settings.

I don't think you can use a userscript on Android Chrome; it doesn't support plugins compared to the PC version.
You can maybe try installing Firefox in your new phone because it's support plugins and then install any userscript plugin and check all dark theme userscript from this thread: "Bitcointalk.org Userscripts/ Add-ons / SMF patches"

Code:
chrome://flags/#enable-force-dark

This one works.

I had this problem when I first switched to Android. Anyway, I understand your problem and I am trying to solve it for you. NotATether bro you follow the steps I have given, I hope your problem will be solved.
Code:
Let's Start:
1: Go To Your Chrome Browser.
2: Go To Chrome Such Box.
3: Write (chrome://flags) And Such
4: You Can See (Again Such Box)
5: Write (force-dark) And Such
6: You Can See (#enable-force-dark)
7: (#enable-force-dark) there you seen the (Default). You change (Default) convert to (Enabled)
8: lastly you saw to (Relaunch) Click
9: Complete (Done)
And you need to use desktop mode to see the text in large size. You can use desktop mode to write and read Bitcointalk posts in Chrome browser because the text is very large. I know that you understand. Smiley

Use Via browser. Set it to dark mode. If you are using Android 11 and above, you will like it. No ads. Recommended.

Or if you are using Phoenix (PHX) browser, you will like the dark mode. You can disable the notifications and news feeds or something. But you will not be able to disable ads but which is not that bad as you can skip it or disappear after 5 seconds. J am not recommending this.

Also UC browser has black mode. But it will be adjusting the forum as you zoom out and it make this forum look like mobile unlike Via and Phoenix browser that looks like computer.
