That's because there's been more fundamental development than anywhere else.
If you will just copy litecoin or blackcoin and add chat function or pretty wallet obviously you will not require hard forks.
No one has lost a coin yet on any of the forks.

The only thing that will make it worthwhile is if it can get actual uses. With bitcoin i can buy food, clothes and electronics. What can DRK do, if they manage that, then they have stepped into the big game.
