No, I dont think that it can go up to 100dollars. I guess drk is just a hype, it will reach 30dollars at most and like the ltc it will again stagnate at 10dollars.
there is no reason why dark is worth what it is, it dosnt have features to make it worth more than any other coin

problem is for it to get big the sheep need a reason to use the coin, the sheep dont care about anonymity, if they did they wouldnt be using facebook and social media, so unless your a drug dealer or need to hide your transactions for a bad reason it has no use you may aswell use ltc or doge.

oooh that's a tempting bet to make actually! If the bet was for 1BTC at current price (say USD$500) then i'm in! Just dont want BTC to be at USD$1000 again and DRk at only $90 or so!

Except for the fact that DRK has been steadily increasing for around 2 months and each time there's a 'pump' the new price floor is higher than that of the previous price floor.
I dont know why people cant accept that DRK is THE next big coin. I've said it before and I'll say it again, DRK will be where LTC is now by the end of the year (in terms of market cap) as it's already overtaken LTCs price.
If i'm wrong, the first person to bring up this thread will get 1 free DRK....

Anonymity doesn't mean chit unless you're a pedophile looking to hide something, and is it still anonymous if your exchange needs your banking information to convert your coins into $Fiat? Is anonymity really proprietary? NxT is probably copying that feature as we speak.

However there are lots of new players in town.
A lot of the drk shills seem very unhappy with XC coin. It seems it will be better than drk coin and perhaps completed sooner.

The biggest thing is anonymity. If silk road or whatever is running these days adopts Darkcoin, it will take over litecoin.
Alts are driven by demand, dogecoin proved that. It's all about what is in demand. A silk road type marketplace will seriously drive demand up, which is what's critical.
