Darkcoin's Horoscope for week of May 22, 2014 - The same as Bitcoin's.

"Kludge" (pronounced klooj) is a slang word that refers to a clumsy but effective fix for an engineering problem. It's a cobbled-together solution that works fine, at least temporarily, even though it is inelegant or seems farfetched. Let's use this concept in a metaphorical way to apply to you. I'm guessing that you will be a kludge master in the coming days. You will be skilled at making the best of mediocre situations. You may have surprising success at doing things that don't come naturally, and I bet you will find unexpected ways to correct glitches that no one else has any idea about how to fix.

Interesting.... but nobody understands the lingo. Can you summarize in plain English, without the use of words like squares, trines, oppositions, planet names, retrogrades, elements, cardinal, etc?

Sorry I don't have the time or inclination for that, those who are in to astrology which are surprisingly many as can be seen from my other threads may care to do this for you, some of them know far more about the subject than me I'm sure, also all the info you need is online anyway if you're interested in looking in to the field further - I posted a link originally which answers the most basic questions that you brought up, the Wiki and then you can follow up with Google etc, to start an explanation of astrology terms from scratch would be a full time course and you can find these easily online and in books etc, best of luck.

Hi, I would like to do for Darkcoin [DRK], originally called XCoin, the same as I did for Bitcoin and Litecoin, I realize that astrology is an anathema to some so please skip this thread if you disapprove of mystic mumbo jumbo - as the original threads show though it is of sufficient interest to some to warrant a look at from this perspective if only out of curiosity.

See futher down the OP for a higher res chart added now.

The date and time of the working launch was 11 PM EST on the 18th of January 2014 (I think that made it 9 PM local time) which had a few hiccups so a look at the launch chart of a few hours earlier which got stuck may also be of interest, the place is Phoenix, Arizona where Evan Duffield the creator of Darkcoin lives and works. That linked article is a good intro, at this time I would recommend mintpal as an Exchange.

There's a unusually large number of squares (13), trines (10) & oppositions (8 ) in this very dynamic chart which is cool and is going to make things interesting, a preponderance of Earth & Water signs - practical, methodical, hard working and fluid, sensitive, intuitive. The Earth ones being mostly Cardinal, good for energetic start-ups and the Water ones mainly Fixed and Mutable to help with adjustment, adoption, innovation, stability, etc.

For more on these & other aspects see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Astrological_aspect

Darkcoin like Bitcoin is a Capricorn, so plenty of ambition and long term plans there.

I'll post more interpretations later, with edits to add to this OP:

Re: the original XCoin name; in the chart there's a powerful Cardinal Grand Cross of Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, Pluto & Venus.
