I know the reason. raiblock.net admins found that peoples doing spam claiming on their wallet. and hiring so many peoples to claim with their addresses. so admins decided to turn off the faucet..

I request everyone to better discuss only the payment issues here with the OP. If you want to state/suggest/IMO about the raiblocks. Go to raiblocks thread and post there. Don't spam this thread by posting about raiblocks here. The chain of talking to OP might be distracted then.
Well looks like this method and others has been paused since admin is thinking how to stop the early adopters to get huge ammounts,soo i believe you should and must pay your users even without them had made enought to payment,as faucet may not return anymore.
that's true , but i'm not certain that they wont realize how shuting down faucet and selling all remaining coins is going to do nothing but to make people go away.
To those that want to sell, there's a selling thread in alt marketplace. Those who worked for op tho, they should indeed get paid for their work.

You can see that no one will not pay 400 satoshi for 1 mrai right now. Maybe in the future.
Furthermore I can say that, wallet is really forcing the computer cpu when the scynchronizing. It is always gone to %100. If you have an old computer I suggest that do not install wallet. You can wait so long.
