Day trading isn't effective as long term investment since we can't profit in day trading like can make by contributing on long term. Also, it can be compelling in the event that you are great gifted and experienced trader not for the general population who are simply acquainted with the crypto world.

so i ask for people in this forum who day trade?
effective for profits,
?
i imagine.impossible when whole market red ?
on videos seems to watch the candle charts?
and hold a red and buy asap to a green?
do u recommend. ? if one has the time?

It’s really possible to earn even on daily tradings, but more risky then investing in to long time perspective but if to compare daily attempts it familiar to forex which is not  relative
Day trading is the most beneficial form of trading out there but all big things come with big risks too. It is not easy to make money by day trading as it not only requires good understanding of the coin but some faith and guts too because the chances of facing loss are far more than those in long term trading or just holding. But only day trading can help a person to make money even when the coin is going through a downfall.

If you have a lot of capital to get in. The, I can say it's effective.
But day trading requires discipline and focus when looking the chart. Even you miss only 1 second, you probably lose your money.

I think daily trading is very ineffective and has a very high risk because you can get stuck at a very expensive price and do not have a chance to buy at a cheaper price again. so you should trade like you are saving long-term trading that proves more secure.

For me, day trading isn't effective because you must be monitoring BTC graphic all-time and you need to know the technical analysis.
That does not make it ineffective, that only makes it hard for you to cope with, but those who can cope with it are always making the best from it every day.

It requires a lot of effort, so at the end of the day, it is always better to know what you are about to get into before you even step into it at all. Also, it will be bad for someone who does not have any knowledge considering it is a high risk on its own.

I think daily trading is a bit effective because you can avoid being stuck at a very high price but you should be able to monitor every day because if you do not monitor and suddenly the price plummeted definitely you have to be patient do not easily panic.

Some of my friends are enjoying the day business. They often show off their daily profit achievements with me. Although, they are profitable by the day but the time they spend on cryptocurrency is a lot. They focus on laptops and computers too much. Daily profit is good if you have good experience and knowledge of the market. They share with me the time zones in order to tap into the market and make a profit. But I feel my time is not right and I still find that it is too risky for my knowledge. Therefore, I choose hold and keep is safe.

as of now day trading is not advisable for newbies, maybe you can try long term and hold a great coins together. And your question that trading is profitable? of course but it is base on your skills or else you will lose everything.

Day trading is not effective as long term investment because we can't make huge money in day trading like can make by investing on long term. And it can be effective if you are very good skilled and experienced trader, not for the people who are just introduced to the crypto world.

Day trading really good for some experienced people because they know already what to do but if you are just new in this kind of market better not to take higher risk and always play on the safe side which is holding for long term. Day trading can be effective to some but not all traders able to sustain its profit.
Day trading was very good until my doctor told me my head will fall off with headache if I keep on doing it. Grin Just kidding, I actually told myself that. Day trading can be fun if you know how to handle yourself but can also be very stressful as well.

The thing about the whole idea of day trading is just to make use of the daily fluctuation in the market and you can make the best use of it if you are good, but I just prefer my easy short term as that works for me seamlessly without much stress.

I dont think so that day trading is really effective especially if you are a lazy type in researching a coin. I had tried it many time before and still the result is loss. Maybe daytrading is not for me. Buying at red and selling at green is kinda hard to achieve in day trading, its just easy to look and say but hard to apply.

maybe you can do weekly trading because I see there is a good chance for every one that wants to try this. besides that, I see that many coins have a good movement in every week so I think we could still make a good profit by doing weekly trading. for researching a coin, we need to know the history of each coin and how good the coin movement in the market so we can determine which coin that will give a profit to us.

Like others have said it can be very effective and profitable but it definitely needs some skill and time invested.
You can also lose a lot of money.

It takes some skill to read the markets but also luck, especially in crypto where things are very volatile.

It might be best to 'pretend' day trade to start, see how your investments would have made out. Practice like this for a little so you don't lose your actual investment.

I think it's effective if you see the current market conditions, we do not know when the value will rise, when we have just a small capital we can only do short-term trading

Well if you put in 10k on a coin thats 1 dollars after it dropped from 3 dollars.  Well if it goes to say 1.25, you could sell it and make 2500 profit.  And then not care about that coin anymore etc.  Of course it could drop even more.  Many coins i notice were 3 dollars and now 50 cents or less.  Many coins seemed to have dropped close to 80 percent already from a while back.  But if a coin drops to a point where its just too low isn't that a buy?  Like imagine an altcoin that was 2 dollars and now its 80 cents etc.

I don't usually recommend it if someone was asking about me as it consumes most of your time, so better to just hold a coin which you think is potential to grow so that it won't create you doing panic when you are seeing the price most of the time, and it is so stressing.
