I had asked a similar question, and here is the campaign manager's reply :I was just asked if a person could just do a video with a voice over. The answer is yes. I know some of you value privacy so i expect not everyone entering this contest would want to be seen on video doing crazy things.
I will say the originality would be lower on a voice over video. It would have to be super informative to even come close to winning.
