Tried version 3 of wallet still cant get it to sync
I never have sync problem with the wallet, but maybe you can try to create the conf file. Here's some nodes from dev
Create file %AppData%\Intellect\Intellect.conf and put line below in:
txindex=1
connect=178.62.201.226
connect=46.28.202.155
connect=104.236.84.97
Worked for me on Linux but haven't tried on Windows yet.
It works for my window wallet. But somehow my wallet sync faster without that conf file, so i don't use it
check getpeerinfo if u have connection to the addnodes...if not ur on a fork...the risk is higher to get a fork without config
