i have a problem, all of my workers are on proportinal, but shows pps pay...
sorry for my english...
Are you talking about "PPS" in the stats table ?
If you just switched from PPS to Proportional, your change will be visible there only after one hour because of the stats delay.

I just increased my free TX limit for including. Hope this will deal with the queue.

Awesome. Thank you =)

I'm guessing this is one of our blocks then... Will find out in less than an hour Wink

Cheers,
Kermee

EDIT: Yes... it was!

There are 781 unconfirmed transactions (225701 bytes):
There are 765 low priority transactions.
It's pretty bad right now.  There's still TX's from July 30th @ 16:00 UTC which hasn't been cleared yet.
This is one of the fallacies & cons of the Bitcoin network.

Anyone else having trouble recieving payments?  I sent a payment about 12 hours ago and still no go, then i sent another just to see if it was just an isolated incidient and still nothing.  Ill check again tommorrow but usually payments never take more than a few hours.
Yup, We all are waiting for the same thing as you, A payment from HOURS ago, All you can do is wait, Literally, Nothing can be done, Unless you want to merge two pools into one and pass 60% just to solve the block

Rewards on Eligius show up as "Generated".

I was not mining in Eligius' pool, but good to know.  It's clear I didn't get the 50BTC, but I was allowed to keep 0.02+ of the fees as a reward, me-thinks.

Think for yourself
On this rig, I am running a bitcoin node (has a wallet).  My router is forwarding port 8332 to this rig, so the node has 8 connections.

On my working PC, I am running the node that "connects" to the rig's node. It shows only one connection, and my rig's shows 9 connections when this one is on.  The wallet I use for payouts is on my working computer.

I may never know. And I accept this now.

Kind of curious, are your Bitcoin clients "generating coins"?

Sam

Nope. That uses CPU power, and I'm not "generating" with them.

PandaMiner, what address received these generated coins.  Luke's pool is Eligius.  It is still very likely that this is where they came from.

When you find that address, go to this URL: http://eligius.st/~artefact2/5/YOURADDRESSHERE

I don't know how to tell. There is no "received with" line, it's only "Generated."  When I double click it, all I see is generic info like:

Code:
Status: 322 confirmations
Date: 7/27/2011 23:03
Source: Generated
Credit: 0.02331947
Net amount: +0.02331947

Generated coins must wait 120 blocks before they can be spent. When you
generated this block, it was broadcast to the network to be added to the block
chain. If it fails to get into the chain, it will change to "not accepted" and not
be spendable. This may occasionally happen if another node generates a block
within a few seconds of yours.

I think this is explained in this article

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Transaction_fee

It sounds like that you did solve the block and receive a Transaction Fee.  The article show's a screen shot of the same message you got.

If you are using gmail, you need to check your "Spam" folder at the gmail site.
With Gmail you can setup a filter to keep msgs from being sent to the Spam folder even if the spam filter think they should go there; perhaps it would be a good idea to instruct people using Gmail on how to do that for emails from you.
Usually instructing people BEFORE they hit the problem doesn't works.

Def some sluggishness in the network, a transfer out from DB is usually pretty quick to be picked up in a block, it's been over 3 hours w/no confirmations.

Other transactions I've made since then already have 18 to 25......

Yup!

That would've taken Slush or BTC over 7.5 hours approx!

Diff change in 240 blocks approx, more gapings!
