bitcoin is maintained by core developers, would Bitcoin die a natural death if the developers no longer exist? Or if they stop maintaining/developing/upgrading the system?

This is so stupid question, there is not just one developers there are many, why would they end their livelihood by stopping to mine Bitcoins. Every time a Bitcoin is mined they earn a good commission, so no the Bitcoin miners will never stop mining, do you have any idea of how good amount of money they make? So think logically why would they even consider this thought, so lock your topic.

It seems unlikely  and bitcoin never dies, and the only way for being dies of bitcoin is to stop trading it on international level by all the countries of the world, but i dont see that it will stop, because here people will do some big projects which is in real, so no one will banned it on international level, and if all countries not banned it so how bitcoin will die.

Not really, you need to know where all there will be next generation Smiley
So how the bitcoin will die, there are still many trips that must be taken now for the development of bitcoin in the future of course all that has been prepared from now on.

I think bitcoin can't die.. as you can see there's a lot of hundred or thousands of developers in the world. In this digital currency either the main core stop there's other developers that replace it because BTC became popular nowadays and there's a transactions  that support BTC to be more sociables to others..

In my opinion, death of bitcoin is highly unlikely. Bitcoin will never stop unless development of technology itself stops. The developmental stage of bitcoin is still in its early stages, more and more people are being aware and interested in bitcoin usage every single day. If you would look at the chart and study the trend of bitcoin's price, although it has its ups and downs, we can see the exponential growth and know that it is pretty much alive and kicking.

I don't think you know what bitcoin is exactly. Bitcoin isn't a company or a machine that needs weekly maintenance, it is a decentralised system. To talk about the death of bitcoin because of one person or a group of people is nonsense.

Bitcoin will only die if no one use it, developers will just maintain the software or the system. And Bitcoin will die a natural death if the developers no longer exist?. As if the technology no longer exists then developers should too. As long people can connect to the internet, use bitcoin in some many ways, huge companies use it too, and developers doesn't die, every year a new developer born, lol.

Good. One example of this dead coins are more likely to be seen in the altcoin sections which are just left behind.
One question to the OP. Have you ever visited Yobit? When you somehow visit it you will see the exchange with so many coins registered. Most of them are dead and some people are pumping them like CPR.
They could do that even without the developers.
Somehow that tells those coins are still alive right? It is just not active.

I believe bitcoin will still exist. Im surely company can anticipate any existing problems. so dont worry about that. no reason bitcoin will death and in the future we can use easy paymet of bitcoin

I don't know about this Company you are talking about? But what I know is as long as there are a lot of people who are interested in these new types of investments and new digital currencies, bitcoin will be always alive. It is been years since bitcoin was first introduced and right now it is still alive and still pumping through great price. It may dump, it may pump, but I don't think it will be "dead".

when talking about death I hope bitcoin will not experience it because bitcoin is widespread and many people use it so if it is said to be dead this is not possible but if it happens i will never know and this will not happen.
bitcoin will not die as long as global economic conditions are still like now stable no one can stop bitcoin. as long as there are users bitcoin will still run

Bitcoin is just beginning his life. This is the newest technology that will change the life of every person. He will not die just because he invested a lot of money. And the blockсhаin technology is very interesting for many people

Surely developers of bitcoin anticipate the death and the possible turn over for the development of bitcoin. This os the new currency of the world so I'm sure they had planned everything for the future of bitcoin and as long as the market and demand of bitcoin continue to grow bitcoin will never die.

As long as there is still money to be made in the use of Bitcoin, then I don't think we would have a shortage of developers to be working for Bitcoin. An idea whose getting to be so popular everyday will attract the best talents we have available. Now, if other coins which are still in the experimental stage can have no problem attracting volunteers (working without salary but possible stake in the company), how much for a coin whose supremacy is clearly shown in front of our very eyes?

Of course, not unless there would be programmed cyborgs that would be hunting each and every core developers wherever they might be in the whole world then we would have a big program. Okay, I am just kidding but you know what do I mean, right?

And mind you guys, I think this can be the 58th thread I have read talking about the possibility of the death of Bitcoin! When will this question be dead?

There are so many briliant developers around the world, as brilliant as Satoshi Nakamoto himself even. For as long as bitcoin remains as valuable as it is right now, it will not be a problem for bitcoin to look for replacements. But this is actually a far-fetched idea that will hardly take place in reality.

As far as I know no one is developing bitcoin anymore, it was already developed way back in 2009. The one who maintains it is the blockchain, and blockchain is not maintained by anyone it is shared on the network and is being updated on every transaction.

Unlike Altcoins which have a specific purpose for its price to increase, the business where it is being used should be maintained.

I think bitcoin never dies because bitcoin has helped a lot in the economic change of people in every country and bitcoin will also increase over time so I'm sure bitcoin will be a future that can be accepted in every country just waiting for the technology they design and can accept bitcoin as the official currency they consider to be the currency in their country

bitcoin is not a physical machine to age as it works and need "maintaining"! it can continue to work as it is for may years without any issues. all the things you see are "additions" and although they have helped bitcoin's future but none of them were necessary for its survival.

besides, did you think there are only a handful of programmers in the world?

oh, and by the way stop centralizing bitcoin
