I love trading on DEX but I have not tried doing trade on some of the exchange in your list I have done trading on forkdelta many times and I find this kind of DEX much safer because of the metamask interaction it's safe and secured.
I know there are more than hundred out there including , and I concur that they are not mainstream since we are in a decentralized industry , and of the o many hacking on these concentrated trade

I agree with you, but if we talk about security, decentralized exchanges are better. Centralized exchanges are better to use if you are a trader.
DEX is something you've got to use. As you know dex keep your funds privately and your account won't be blocked, but take a note that there are semi DEX like idex

It upsets me that there are very small trading volumes on decentralized exchanges. That is why these exchanges have not become very popular. It seems to me because of this, decentralized exchanges may completely disappear someday.
New decentralized exchanges are coming up and we will still we more. Although, we need decentralized exchanges, even if it is just two, that will solve the issue of volume, because that is the pressing need as of now.If there can be more publicity, just like what the author of this thread has done, it's popularity will increase.
You have done a really good job we need more work like this in this forum. I think decentralised exchange is the future of the whole market. And almost every big centralised exchange is think about the decentralised exchange to launch. I also like decentralised exchange and I used some of them very few time. The experience was very hold. But there is some problem in decentralised exchange the first and the main problem is the trading volume. In most of the decentralised exchange there is a very limited or even blank in term of volume. And the one more problem is it is hard to use for a new person who just enter the market. That's it otherwise I like any kind of decentralised exchange and at this moment switcheo is the best decentralised exchange which I enjoy.

On majority of centralized exchanges the volumes are fake you should not relay on this data.
The volumes can be pumped just by trading 1 BTC back and forth.

Prices on decentralized exchanges cannot be easily manipulate,but I very sure of several centralized exchanges that use not and if you are sometimes not careful, you will be trading against not.Bots are the main reasons we feel that some centralized exchanges are having huge volume and that is one of the attractive points.

This is due to the fact that there are no normal decentralized exchanges yet, I think Binance will soon have a decentralized exchange and this will be a real breakthrough.
There are actually quite a number of exchanges listed here, but one need to be wary of the seemingly unknown ones as they can possibly shut down anytime and even disappear with peoples funds. Some may even possibly be easily hacked by the same developers.

I am very particular about my identity and data being exposed to hacks and for this I am more secure trading on decentralized exchanges than their centralized counterparts.
There is always disadvantages beside various advantages. Yes it is true that decentealized offer a more secured way of trading there is no middle man but it also sacrifice the speed, simplicity and many more.

I experienced trading on both kinds of exchange and I like DEX more than Centralized exchange I experienced withdrawal issues on centralized exchanged that I trade but on Dex withdrawal is fast and there is no KYC involve compare to CEX where you will have to provide your vital information.
I believe that we need more decentralized exchanges where people can trade between each other, and not the horror that occurs on the centralized exchanges where bots are trading with each other.
Do you think that Binance dex will solve the biggest problem: the low liquidity? Because currently no DEX could provide big trading volumes and I do not understand why. People do not believe in DEX?

Thanks for this. Its hard to find a real DEX. Tired out so many once or twice. Block DX seems the best bet to me so far. Used a few times and its pretty good and will prob go back to it more often.
I am beginning to see more light into how much decentralized exchange can be very useful. If here can be more DEXes that can allow any type of cryptocurrency to trade, irrespective of their blockchain, there will be more volume and some traders will be glad to use them.
We might not really need so much, but we need some selected ones that will make a good trading exchange without much or any hitch.
