see for example the case of Luckydice which is a casino that is listed on your website but that last year had complaints and accusations of scam against them and you can see it here:
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/luckydice.com
although the casino representative is active in responding to complaints I don't know how it all ended, I don't know if the problems of everyone who complained are over, that's why I think that if your casino has a section too that allows people who have complaints post, then you could add the feature that each complaint would only be closed if the case was resolved, and post a notice that the complaint was resolved. in my opinion it's a good idea to do this
Thank you for suggesting the addition of a section on scam casinos and a dedicated area for user comments. We understand the importance of transparency and providing accurate information to our users.
Regarding improvements in our site, we have made significant changes to our user interface recently. We have added a more intuitive design, making it easier for users to navigate through different sections of the platform. Additionally, we have included an info field on specific pages to provide users with relevant information related to that page.
We invite you to visit our website at Decentraly.co to explore these new features and keep up-to-date with any further developments.
