Yeah, was just about to say that it seems slightly shady or at best unscrupulous offering a reward for this. People should be hired on merit and efficiency, not because someone has essentially been bribed to hastily recommend someone over others. Maybe bribed isn't the correct terminology but it's certainly a hefty incentive for people to suggest you other others who may offer a better or equal service and it gives you an unfair advantage in my opinion.

Text is copied over from my old thread, so BTC amount hasn't been changed since the price was sub-$2k, IIRC. I'll reduce this, but I see this more as a form of advertising. As you might have noticed, I struggle to bump this thread daily, and sometimes forget. I know it's not allowed to get people to bump my thread, but paying people to go out there and advertise my service isn't straying far from hiring people to wear your signature and advertise you.

I don't want this payment to be seen as a bribery, but as a payment or even thanks for people helping my service "get out there".

- I'm not currently at home, will get back and hop onto inDesign straight away and change the numbers.

The price of the fee is irrelevant as is you forgetting to bump your thread. It's about the ethics and fairness of it. People here would straight up recommend a scammer's service if you offered them a dollar to do so. You could be the best campaign manager in the world but a lot of people would disregard that and not bother recommending them and in fact would propose a shit one run by a scammer if they were going to get some monetary benefit out of it. When someone creates a thread requesting a campaign manager you are significantly increasing the chance that the first person or several people will recommend you which will obviously look very good for you if you come heavily vouched but are in fact only being recommended because you're paying them to do so.

Can you also address the concerns here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.24448464

Maybe, the other term here sir is "Thank you for your advertising me". Am I right? hehehe

Usually a very sincere thanks comes with the tip. But yes, a thanks nonetheless. Are you supporting me, making a point, or trying to be sarcastic?

I strongly recommend for you to trip the referral system, just as I've recommended this to aTriz and he went through with my suggestion AFAIK.

I have got a question here . What will happen if the "referral system" stays alive and the referrers are asked to send personal messages instead of posting on the client thread ?
-Bug 1 :  Not all referrer would be able to see each others post . This means many pm(s) with same suggestion  .

Now lets put a restriction that only the first referrer can post on the client's thread . If any other guy does it, receives negative rating .  After this , I think it should no longer be a spam . Let me know your thoughts .

Nice man, I really dig the look of your post, looks hella clean.

I'd be willing to create some sigs for you so you can have people get the word out about your service if you'd like. Would only have to pay for them if you like em. lol.

And in the future if you are ever managing too many campaigns at once, hit me up and i'll work for you and manage a few of em. can split the profit or somethin. 90% for me and 10% for you.

Lol Jk.

50/50

Or 60% you and 40% me. thatd be fine with me. haha.

Anyways, nice post man.

[Earn 0.03 easily] are you talking to yourself or telling other people to earn that? you managed enjin coin campaign as well, but I couldn't see it in your previous jobs. I am begging you, let me earn 0.03 I'll do anything, begging for bounties, begging for translations. lol with me.
Managers getting paid more, you are actually cheap.
*Please don't sell me again to Lauda for shit posting, I'm begging you.

Is it a problem that I don't understand what you're saying? I'm going to try and break down your question, because I can tell if you're being sarcastic, begging me, complaining, or giving a compliment.

[Earn 0.03 easily] are you talking to yourself or telling other people to earn that?

If you'd bothered to read the OP, you would have found out. I am offering 0.03 BTC for referrals, much like what Sampey does for his CAT bot sales.

you managed enjin coin campaign as well, but I couldn't see it in your previous jobs.

See what? I don't speak "incoherent".

I am begging you, let me earn 0.03 I'll do anything, begging for bounties, begging for translations. lol with me.

It's getting to the point where it seems like you're just shit posting to get paid. Should I pm your manager?

Managers getting paid more, you are actually cheap.

If you're referring to the 0.03, it's $170+ USD. That's a week's (just checked your campaign. My bad. 2 week's) pay for you, just by talking to someone you might know closely or IRL, and referring me to him.

*Please don't sell me again to Lauda for shit posting, I'm begging you.

Did I?

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.20579746

You seem to have a history of posting in my threads and making an issue out of something there. Is it just with me, or do you troll other managers, too?

I have reported one or two members to Lauda, when she moderated the bitmixer campaign. Only those two. If you were one of them, I'm sorry I don't remember you. I wouldn't have gone through that much trouble without a reason. I searched my PMs and came up with nothing.

EDIT - Ooh. Your manager is Lauda. Dunno, should I PM her? If the rest of your posts are just as illegible as the one above, it's easily not worth the amount you're being paid, as little as it is.

0.03BTC is a lot of money I think the payments for being campaign manager is somehow higher than what I think it was.

Well, payments are made every week, and let's say we have a campaign running for 10 weeks. Even my signature campaign, which pays me almost 0.03 a week, I would be willing to give up one week's pay to get the slot. Think about it that way.

P.S it would be great if you send me a pm about your payment rate per week so I will have an idea what to say when the time I bump to someone looking for a manager?

Payment is totally based on previous jobs, how many members, how many posts, Pay Per Post/Fixed, etc. My prices are competitive, and if there's another campaign manager offering a more appealing price, I'm happy to negotiate.
