Yes, I also got a ban. For a simple question.
They issue bans to everyone, and also delete messages in their official chat telegram.

Yes, we removed the monero from the list before resolving the issue with the payment aggregator. There were several appeals to us about the monero - at the moment everything has been decided, one last request from the user is processed. If you wrote to us in our bugtracker, the problem would have been solved long ago.

I think this is too big project to 8 team members! If you are trying to make credit cards there is TenX with over 50 team and even those guys havent got their stuff working yet! How could 8 persons can pull that off i dont know.

Unfortunately, looks unprofessional. Videos are Russian. There are no LinkedIn links for the team members. I couldn't find many of them on LinkedIn.

The roadmap is not clear. There is no main focus. The project has everything! (exchange, atm, trading bots, etc.)
