@cabalism13 - other than the user saying other UID's are his/her alts, is their any independent proof of this?
None. All of the proofs are in our conversation in Telegram(deleted) and on Messenger (Still Alive). I guess he wouldn't mention it if it we're not connected to him and by the way he already said what's his alt in his signed message. Though we just lack proofs here in bitcointalk.

I have created my own flag against him. I think there is nothing I can do with it. I will just accept it that he defaulted the loan. I have created a flag against him and I chose the 3rd option. Can somebody verify it if I did the correct thing? Thanks Smiley Will lock this thread after verifying if what I did is correct.

Looks valid to me. Here's the flag: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=717

If you lock the thread, the Flag becomes invalid.
I see. Thanks for reminding I don't know that because its my first time to create a scam accusation thread Smiley

Another Info:
TheBitcoinExplorer is his alt. I will also state here the accounts connected to him, as far as I remembered he told me about that.

Connected to User:
Ararbermas
intoy_victor
Koro-Sensei

Evidence: User Daboy_Lyle just named those account as his relatives (maybe an alt) Source:Messenger (Convo)

Is there any proof for the connection between those accounts ?

He said in the signed message that he posted that the users (all) @cabalism13 posted is owned by his relative except for TheBitcoinExplorer which is his alt account as he said (who tried to request a loan too to shasan)

He didn't answer six days ago when I asked:

This is his answer probably (Crossed words)
Evidence: User Daboy_Lyle just named those account as his relatives (maybe an alt) Source:Messenger (Convo)
And I say, those accounts are not connected(as alts) to each other except to the mentioned one (TheBitcoinExplorer).

@LogitechMouse, I also think you should create a type 3 flag for this user.  He's demonstrated some pretty scammy behavior:  He tried to borrow from shasan using two accounts, posting requests within 25 minutes of each other.  Then, after being called out and having his alt linked to this attempted scam he got busy deleting all his loan requests.  I can only assume he's trying to hide evidence of his shady actions.
@lighpulsar has created a flag against him already and I will just support it. My mistake that I didn't created the flag first because I'm still hoping that he will pay the loan but because of what you have posted that he tried to borrow from shasan using his 2 accounts, I've decided to just support the flag since a flag has been created already and I'm not hoping right now that it will be paid.

Anyway, its my loss and my I've learned from it too but if he will pay anytime soon it will be good for me and for him too if his account is important to him. Thanks for your help Smiley and for everyone who shared information here Wink.

Well the flag that i've created is only a type 1 flag it only suits for users with shady behavior or atleast tend to scam anyone. although this case where btc is involved and the contract or agreement between the 2 parties was broken this where the type 3 flag came in but only the creator of the agreement or contract (which is you, logitechmouse) against the user who broke the contract (daboy_lyle) with enough support with DT members daboy_lyle will trust turn red and "warning trade with caution!!!"

This is why i urge you to create a type 3 flag against daboy_lyle since that is the flag suits for this case. it's not too late create that flag since it will create red trust. I can withdraw my flag against him since it was only a type 1 flag.
I understand. This may sound that I'm a noob or a kind hearted person but I will give him until this weekend to pay his loan in full. This is the last chance already that I will give to him and if he doesn't pay at that time then I will creating a type 3 flag already against him. I'm a kind hearted person IRL Cheesy and I can apply it here too Cheesy sounds weird but..... I will wait till weekend Smiley (Sunday)

Just don't remove your flag please until I created my own flag against this loan defaulter Cheesy . Thanks

I think the conversation between cabalism13 and daboy_lyle in messenger stating the admission of his alts but it seems the cabalism13 edited his post. a proof of conversation between them must be posted.
I just removed the link on his facebook account that's all.
TheBitcoinExplorer, account can post here I think, but I doubt he still remember it. Besides he just used the account for selling Diamonds for Mobile Legends. That's all I know. We have some conversation on Telegram but it seems already deleted. All i have now is the convo on Facebook Messenger.

I've created a flag against daboy_lyle here:

The flag doesn't have the support yet, so it doesn't appear on the page you linked.
Direct link to the flag: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=692.html

This is my erc20 wallet address that holds CET 0xd728138dc23378660698a4b9b37273948eff4187
I would like to send collateral with the repayment.
Reason: Cet is red now over 4% of its ATH and the lended btc will be traded now to CET as additional.
When you will send repayment why you will send collateral. You should give collateral while taking loan. And collateral will be refund to you when you will repay the loan.
Sorry I can't use my CET for collateral and can I use my account as collateral? .
Base on your reputation, I cant give loan against your account. Giving collateral does not mean that you are selling. Have a good day!

Loan Amount: 0.05
Loan Purpose: Private
Loan Repay Amount: 0.055
Loan Repay Date: January 2019
Type of Collateral: none or my bitcointalk account
Escrow profile Link: none
Bitcoin Address:   1DaboyRkn5KQRwrvL4Ns6cx2QcKf4fFC6U

Sorry base on your reputation I cant give loan to you without collateral or taking this account as collateral. Thanks.

I've created a flag against daboy_lyle here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=692.html although i can't create a type 3 flag since there is no written contract between me and the user i've mentioned, I suggest to OP that to create a type 3 flag against daboy_lyle since he's the one had an agreement between him and daboy_lyle. if he does create a flag, i will withdraw my flag against daboy_lyle.

@LogitechMouse - what proof do you have this person is from the same county as you?

The fact that he is posting sometimes in our local section is a proof already that we are from the same country. I will quote some of the posts just in case and my fellow countrymen can verify it.

Groups of trader is the key and it is 75% sure that price will rise after having a trader groups.

It is up to you how much will you invest but I recommend to invest small amount to avoid loss for being a beginner. I recommended to invest only small amounts because it is like practicing or gaining experience. Investment is really profitable especially when you are confident on your investments. Mas nakakabuti na magsimula sa maliit lamang na pondo para di masyadong malugi. Just take your own risk para di ka malugi sa pag iinvest mo.

He also created some threads in our local section like this and this.

Anyway, thanks for spending a bit of your time to search for some information into this accusation Smiley

Daboy_Lyle so far has 8 reds already but why is TheBitcoinExplorer has zero?

Daboy_Lyle may be the specific account used to default on a loan but since the person behind both accounts is the same individual, as admitted by the account owner himself, both accounts should not be trusted and therefore negged.

I just tagged TheBitcoinExplorer.  It looks like he was trying to use both accounts to get loans from Shasan at the same time.  Both accounts are going back and deleting their loan requests.

Man, are you deleting you loan application posts? I cannot seem to find them, except one and those which are already quoted. This seems to be the same pattern of action with TheBitcoinExplorer, your alt account. This to me is already a shady behavior, which could be interpreted as an attempt to evade responsibility over your loan.

Moreover, you claimed to be a trader. In fact you took a loan to increase your trading funds. And yet it wonders me why a trader and hodler like you had to apply for a loan to be able to pay for transaction fees.

And you also suddenly made a U-turn when shasan approved your loan and asked for the collateral you offered. You've made shallow alibis right after that and attempted to still avail of the loan but all of it only tarnished your image.

I actually rejected your loan application because when I tried to do a little due diligence, it appeared to me that you are a highly risky borrower and could hardly be trusted. I hope you will prove me wrong very soon.
