The first decentralized crypto betting platform
I have PERSONALLY traded on a few occasions with SP. The guy is legit. Well if we judge by reputation you have more time here, but well....
It's not a scam that's all, ask anything, there are digital signatures.

You should have left him positive feedback, then, which you haven't done. There is a Spanish translation of the best guide about it:

Introducción y guía de para el sistema de confianza (por LoyceV)

If you have doubts you can ask in that very thread.

But this way we have to trust you as third party that you didnt tamper device in some way or add something malicious.
Anyone can install GrapheneOS on their Pixel phones easy in just few minutes.
And there are ways to buy Pixels without using real name.
They have a good service and website, they also have some services, I RECOMMEND them.
It is a digital business that lives on reputation, what sense would it make to sell adulterated phones?
-I mean, they offer more stuff, plus they are not forcing you to buy it, if you are not interested don't replicate bullshit.
Let me guess, you're a good guy and totally trustworthy.
Well, it would be good that you check the information on the website that is publishing, there is a communication error, but the guy is legal.

Oh here we go, "you can't comment if you don't intend to buy". Wrong site for that kind of shit. Better lock the thread and do your best to look like any other scammer.
Hey, moderate, the guy is new, he is with his page and friendly disposition to sell his phone. Just check him out. The guy's message is, if you are not interested don't comment, you can agree or disagree with him, but that does not make it a scam.... Please, discretion, respect

I'm offering 2-of-3 arbitration with a BitcoinTalk moderator for an unopened object.  Which could be escrow as well.

Does it make logical sense to attack arbitration or escrow? No. Your only interest is to haze new people

And it's spam because you had no intention to buy...
So stupid to say something like this, but I expected nothing better coming from you...

Yeah like I said, BitcoinTalk is endless dribble where people endless go on about who is a scammer or not.

As opposed to random accounts popping up and asking for hundreds of dollars for a shiny object that they may or may not deliver? I'll take "dribble" any day and twice on Sunday.

Instead of just actually using 2-of-3 arbitration or depositing funds with arbitrators.

You keep saying that as if it means anything. Who are the arbitrators? Are you escrowing the payment? The $300 "deposit" you did on some other site means jack shit here. All we have here is your pretty promises and Cambodia phone number.

And it's spam because you had no intention to buy... by not even reading the content

That is a different thing, and we clearly talked about Pixel with GrapheneOS.

You're spamming dribble
If I am ''spamming'' than you are scamming!
Nobody is ever going to buy anything from you with this childish behavior.
Adios.

Let me guess, you're a good guy and totally trustworthy.

We deposited XMR with an arbitrator to register our business.  Further, we're willing to do 2-of-3 arbitration with a vendor here on BitcoinTalk.

This has more value than how many social posts someone has.  The issue with using BitcoinTalk for socialization, and then this as a judgment of worth, is that the admin has all the power.  While the purpose of cryptocurrency is decentralization.

The forums are not useless, they serve for discovery.  Nostr has weak discovery.

However, discovery means that there will often be new users.  This endless discussion of who is a scammer over them being new, essentially defeats the purpose of having discovery.  Instead, more businesses should register with admins and use arbitration.

Ok so I checked it out and the vendor he's suggesting, which charges 300 euro MORE than we do for the Pixel 9 brand new.  Further, they don't offer the cloud services we do.

Further, I'm disputing the legitimacy of spending much time on these forums, as you don't own your password, Cloudflare and the admin do.

The forum is a market, not a social media of value, such as Nostr

The other post just made is for still sealed in the box,
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/brand-new-pixel-9-so-cheap-ill-be-called-a-scam-5516849

further, we offer email and cloud services in a unique way

And yes the vendor you said is "another person". So your argument boils down to "other people exist".  You're spamming dribble

Why do you start sounding more and more as a scammer as soon as someone questions your "business"?

dk is right, someone concerned about privacy shouldn't buy a phone from some random newbie on a forum, let alone a phone that's been tampered with.

Yes there's ways to buy it with crypto, such as ours.  So you're just saying "someone else"
I don't understand what you wanted to say with this post, but there is no way to get Pixel phones with GraphenOS as brand new in sealed box.
I can give some examples of services that are selling brand new Pixels phones for bitcoin and monero, one of them is Shopinbit.com.
Than I don't have to trust other people and i can install GrapheneOS myself in few minutes.

Damn how much?
Well abusive Google's official store charges $499 for the 7a, and then your name is on the hardware that connects to cell towers

While Simplified Privacy charges only $399 PLUS you get a VPS with email, chat, docs, AND a domain.
