First of all it's hard or almost impossible to find a person who will really be interested not particularly only in your idea but in overall and then - 99% of people if not 100% who will contact you will be those who want to steal the idea or want to scam you.
If you want to find an investor, build better connections, networking plays one of the major role in such cases. Build good relationships with good people. Right now, it's very hard time for such steps cause there are no events to meet new people but the one good thing that comes to my mind is to get a membership of a coworking spaces, they aren't closed right now in some countries. This way, you still have a chance to meet new people.

Maybe there are some offers from governments or banks for startups? Check it!

Hello
I have a project idea. It's easy to get started. Easily scalable. It takes $ 20,000 to launch an mvp and a small marketing campaign.
With this project, the buyer will be able to return 20-50% of the purchases offline (food, services...). I use a translator, I beg your pardon for my grammar.
Hope to find a partner. More in personal correspondence. Thanks.

$20,000 is huge amount which investor cannot afford to put up on new business idea and you are also anonymous user with no reputable stand in this forum so provably there's no one will put their money on this idea. Maybe you should find the funds outside or offline and try to build your idea and offer it to the users here if there's visible development and product.

$20,000 is such a big money for one investor, if you think you have a good idea and it has a good potential you should offer your project to people who can invest  who are in your area that you can meet face to face, it's better that way, than asking for money here, there's a lot of newbie here asking people to invest in their project that turn out to be scam these are projects that does ICO, and run away with people's money, you can also ask company to fund your project

To be honest, I have yet to see a project looking for investors to actually find an investor to work with them. Maybe it's because there aren't that many investors lurking around at bitcointalk. And many of the ones that are already have investments in other services. This site isn't the first destination that comes to their mind anyway.

Anyway, I wish you good luck finding an investor OP.

So you are basically saying that there is a 10% service charge yet the cashback the users will have will be 30-50% of the value of their purchases? Sounds mathematically impossible for me in terms of all parties having profit in a sense.

You forget the temporal component, silly Theb...

Income = 10% today
Expenses = 50% in 2-4 weeks

Obviously when growth plateaus and expenses surpass income, the ponzi collapses.

It's not 'incredible' idea)) It's very simple, but no one has implemented it before. It's not a debit card with a cashback, it's a mobile application. The difference between them is that the percentage returned by the buyer reaches 30-50%. The money returned by the partners of the service (this is about 10%) is paid to those who made purchases earlier, usually 2-4 weeks ago. The project is not a ponzi scheme. Users do not pay a money, but make everyday purchases - these are popular products in grocery stores, cafes and more.
All money received only from service partners (this is how standard cashback works). The service will be able to work successfully if there are 10,000 users (this is not much).
This is a very rough description. Will be gamefication, drawing of prizes between active users, referral program.

Also if we are talking about "partners of the service" here I think the best way for you to have investors is through them not here in the forum since if they have agreed to partnered up with you already I think they will be willing to invest in what you are offering or maybe they will recommend you with some connections they already know.20,000$ for me is something that you won't see a lot being offered by users in the forum especially to a newbie like you proposing a investment.

Sure. No one has implemented a mobile application before?  Lips sealed

Seems like you know what you're doing. Your best bet is finding investors in your local circle or one of the start-up funding sites. Also, $20,000 is something a bank can easily sponsor as a loan. Why don't you try that? Everything I mentioned before has more chances of getting you an investment over bitcointalk. Also, if you have to mention your project is "not a ponzi" then it makes it even harder to find any support on bitcointalk. Good luck

To be honest, I don't think you're in the right place. Unless you have an 'incredible' idea.

But to attract someone you have to give more information about your idea. You have to make people want to contact you. If someone is interested he will contact you. It doesn't work the opposite with someone contacting you to see how it can be interesting.

Your idea makes me think about a debit card with a cashback feature. Is that this, a card linked with a cryptos wallet? A cashback system on debit cards starts to be popular in Europe and if I'm correct it is already in The US. So I'm wondering...
