Hmmm, I think this would not help the newbies much, if you are thinking on advertising your faucet list. Tongue

Firstly, faucets does not really allow newbies to earn bitcoins fast, only to get them started. I've tried faucets for around 6 months last time and got 0.01 BTC and I got lucky with some investments, and even ponzis (cough cough dont invest in these) to get started with and continue earning through other investments.

Since it is going to be on advertising, how would newbies find these advertising? Would they need to go to some faucets or bitcoin related site first, which means they have some knowledge on bitcoins already, and they can easily find links to other faucets, and soon the best faucets easily as they go on this journey of fauceting.

I like the effort and thought on helping the newbies, perhaps this idea might work, but faucets are still paying quite little, unless they have the time and effort to claim. I think it will be fine if you just advertise your site on this forum, and they'll see it. Maybe it would help if you give them a small amount to get started with, with everyone's donations? Smiley

We could work together if you like, I'm giving out small amount of tips to people also Smiley There is no way to earn bitcoins real fast, unless with skills, like getting referrals to do the job for you, other than that, free bags of money do not pop up randomly on the internet. Tongue

This crowdfund looks ok to me, now i understand what it is about.

Really faucet users and bitcoin newbies need to be encouraged/incentivized, so this is a great project!

People take part in things like gambling and Ponzi’s because there is potential financial gain in that for them. The target market for you would be Bitcoin business owners, with advertizing needs. I have dealt with many of them, and they all ask for the same thing, EXPOSURE.

They want site statistics and value for money and maximum exposure for their business. They seldom give anything for free, even if it is for a good cause.

Give that to them, and they will support your cause. The fact is, your blog is linked to a faucet, and people using faucets, do not spend lots of money, so the adverticement would have to be targeted at faucet users. This reduce your options even more.

You are absolutely right, I will also make a donation as soon as I earn some bitcoin. Goodluck.

Thanks for your support, you can earn bitcoin in my links in my signature if you need them fast, it can probably help you. Good luck Smiley
Thank you for your recommendations but I see bitcoin faucets as a time waster but if you have a better way of doing it kindly contact me via PM.

Maybe you are correct, but what other alternative would you suggest? Bitcoin faucets the the 60% of the income of newbies in bitcoin, what other alternative you know?

This is a very good idea and deserves to be encouraged but,

people dont embrace change easily.

Yea i am observing that, but you have to spend bitcoin eventually, and instead of wasting it on some scam, why not just contribute to the bitcoin community by steering newbies in the right path.

I`m sure my project could increase newbie's "loyalty" to bitcoin by atleast 50%, i could easily target 100.000+ newbies, thus we achieve a 50% increase in newbies usefulness to the community.

I`m pretty sure nobody else is doing a project similar to mine, that focuses on newbies, instead of veterans (most services focus on veterans not newbs)
I really understood you but there are many dream killers around here even when you struggle to make it at the end of the day some people will still be criticizing you.

Hey i`m not talking about criticizers, a healthy dose of criticism is welcome, but only if its not insulting.

But i`m talking about people who could help, want to help, yet at the end don't help the community.

Because the only way to solidify the community is to help the new guy/girl , there is no other way, most services only care about veteran members, but we wont have veterans if we dont teach the newbies.

I mean just look here, if an average poker site for example wants clients to play with 0.05BTC stakes, well then how will the newbie play there if he only has 100.000 satoshis? My project will help the newbie earn some bitcoin, right at the start, which then increases his morale, and then he can enjoy bitcoin at its full capacity after he has earned enough money Smiley

This should be an open source donations and it should be very transparent from the beginning to the end, this your campaign or project will succeed if there is a very clear road map, this will encourage people to contribute but saying you will invest it in your website is some how skeptical.

It is open source, i clearly layed out the reason and the purpose of this campaign, and where the funds will go.

Its basically a giant ad campaign, to steer newbies into the right place of earning bitcoins, thats all.

I am 100% sure that atleast 30% of the newbies give up because they cant earn bitcoin fast enough, i know that because i gived up bitcoin for 1 year too. So you can see that this campaign is pretty important Smiley

Well, i think we have same story here...
I started my journey at 2014, but i quit too. Because i dont get enough bitcoin to start trading, etc.
now i got back Smiley

Yea, i really thing people should be more generous. Stop wasting fkin bitcoins on casinos or porn, and do some charity/fundraiser/project donation aswell.

I mean really, irresponsible people just throw away already 3-4 bitcoins on useless stuff, so throw away here 3-4 bitcoins too on some useful stuff Smiley
